Guest HBK16 Report post Posted June 2, 2003 Who else is planning on seeing this? I am very interested to see what they do with this. My friend's mom was there when it happened and my cousin's friend was also there. I have been waiting for it to come on. From the commercial it looks pretty good but I know most of the time TV movies end up sucking balls.

Guest Human Fly Report post Posted June 2, 2003 It actually wasn't too bad. There were a crazy amount of commercials. (7 min. of show, 5 min. of commercials) But, the action was pretty good for cable. Towards the end it started grinding though. I also didn't care for them showing interviews with certain characters after the event took place, while in the middle of the characters in life or death struggle. It took all of the suspense out of it.
Guest phoenixrising Report post Posted June 2, 2003 Yeah, those interviews did take away from the movie. The other problem I had with those was that the actors were giving them. They should have gone with people involved in the shootout. Band of Brothers had interviews with the vets before every episode and it blended in nicely. I'd have to give it an A for special effects though. Really recreated the gunfight well. I wonder if that was the same bank that they used for filming. Reminded me of the real thing. Guest HBK16 Report post Posted June 2, 2003 Yeah I didnt like the interviews. It was getting annoying. But the movie had good action for a TV movie. I was happy.

LaParkaYourCar 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2003 That's funny cause The Shield usually goes 20 minutes before their first commercial break, but FX puts lots of commercials in everything else.
