Spoiler (Highlight to Read): In Equilibrium, when Christian Bale switches guns with Taye Diggs, isn't this switch after the alleged killings he's being accused of? Wouldn't that make switching the guns irrelevant, and Bale's gun would still be linked to the killing? And, more importantly, Bale switched only one gun, but he used BOTH of his guns in the shooting.
