Just interested in why people have had to go and see Doctor Jones. If its funny please tell, even if you were doing the house work naked, slipped, by accident of course, and managed to get you penis stuck in the Vacum!

I've been to Hosital for a broken arm, after being run over by a motor vehicle

Broken my leg playing soccer

But no naked housework stories

When I was 6 months old, I had cancer, and had surgery to remove my kidney...

Sometime in my 1st year of life, it was decided that my testicles hadn't properly dropped, so the doc went in, removed one testicle and "dropped" the other. E.D. is the result.

When I was 17 I accidently set myself on fire and had 3rd degree (?) burns all over my legs and BUTT (if I ever get a scanner, I'll scan the pics for you all!)

When I was 19 I crashed my car into the ditch and had to get shoulder X -rays....

Last June I had a bleeding anus and my pee was making my penis burn as well, I got pills and lube, but I still have the problems today.... infrequently.

There's more but that's the high points!

--fractured wrist, after tripping over myself on a set of stairs.

--severely sprained ankle, after tripping over myself while walking down a steep hill.

--broken cartilage in nose, after tripping over myself and landing face first on a set of stairs.

--once more, when my nephew drops an ashtray directly on the bridge of my nose.

--removal of glass from my foot, after accidentally KICKING A GLASS CUP.

I had 6 ear operations in the first 10 years of my life.

Several sprained ankles in high school.

I've had 2 bouts with congestive heart failure.

Last year I was in the hospital for a few days after falling down the stairs leading to my apartment.

Yeah, I hate hospitals with a passion.

Surgeries:

- When I was 5, I had my tonsils taken out

- In March 1997, I broke my leg in a car accident and had to have a metal rod inserted into my leg

- In January 1998, I had to have one of the screws holding that same rod in place removed because I broke it in half playing basketball

- In December 2002, I had to have a cyst removed from my cheek, near my left ear

Emergency Room Visits:

- In first grade, got a piece of glass in my foot after being tackled in a ditch during a game of football. Got stitches, and was on crutches for 3 days.

- The next summer, I severly sprained my ankle playing baseball when I stepped on the first baseman's foot running out a ground ball. Just about the worst pain I've ever felt.

- After my wreck (the one above), I got treated for several injuries, a broken leg, and severe blood loss. Came extremely close to not making it, and I'm thankful for that hospital staff's great work.

That pretty much sums up my latest emergency room visit.

I had a similar problem with chest pains in early 2001 (though nowhere near as severe) and went through emergency to get it checked out. Also in fourth grade, I fell at recess and scraped a deep hole right above my lip and the school rushed me to the emergency room. I've still got that damn scar today.

I've had to go for ear infections when I was younger.

I went a few times this past year because my left ball was hurting. Yes, my ball was hurting. Of course they couldn't figure out why, and just gave me some PKs.

I went once for my back, I pulled a muscle when I was picking my mom up when she fell in the bathroom. I used ALL my strength, and pulled something, but of course doctors don't know what they are talking about. They say it is a bone thing, when it is obvious a muscle thing.

On a rainy day I went to school with new shoes on and I slipped and fell on my ass and ended up with a stinger.

I got hit in the face with a baseball bat once that actully knocked my out, but I do remeber seeing a white light though.

Have had a shitload on injuries I never put on the list because I never went to a doc for them. I've had two stingers both from being stupid and some cracked and bruised ribs (found out from my dad). Out of everything thats ever happened the stinger was the scariest. Being paralyzed even for a few minutes is fucking scary.

I was only in the hospital once, last year. I was having chest pains and a shooting pain going through my right arm.

My parents took me to the emergency room the next morning, and it turns out the pain was a combination of too much caffeine and stress.

So now, I drink caffeine-free beverages and I'm a happy camper. :)

I've been extremely lucky in that I never got taken to the hospital for anything more serious than a lacerated eyebrow when I was 15, as some kid decided to suckerpunch me and break my glasses, the metal cutting a nice little gash in my head...

but I have always gone with someone else... my first fiancee for ovarian cysts, my second fiancee for her mother and then for her... my ex-gf for seizures that will not go away no matter what..... and of course my grandmother dying of lung cancer in 1981, and my grandfather dying of a heart attack in 1993... nothing like seeing the people you care about just go away right before your eyes, I'll tell you.....

I was treated for snakebites when I was a cocky 16-year-old and decided to kill a snake with my bare hands. It nicked me twice in the hand and arm before I got really pissed. I ended up grabbing a hold of it and stomping its head in before heading to the hospital. I gave them the snake corpse and they identified it as a non-venomous garden snake before giving me a tetanus shot, treating my wounds and sending me back on my merry way.

In 1989 I broke my nose playing baseball setting me down the path of Flair-esque "greatness"

And last May I woke up in the waiting room of the ER in a Chicago hospital after a night of drinking, wish I knew how I got there........ I think?

For sicknesses, I've gone in there with strep throat, when I was 9 or so, which they originally mistook for appendicitis. I was in there for one or two days before they scraped my throat and found out what it really was.

I then went in for a case of bronchitis which wasn't going away (when I was 15). Some antibiotics and an inhaler fixed that.

Then a couple years ago in october, I had the flu, then broke out in some kind of rash in which I developed all these bumps all over my body. They never determined the cause, but it was a guess that it was a reaction to some vapor rub.

For injuries, again when I was 9 or so, I went in for a broken wrist. And later around that same time for a bone-deep cut on my left thumb, which needed stitches.

When I was 14 or so, I was getting out of a car, and the back tire of it rolled over my right foot. All I received from that was a few cuts and scrapes, but I was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.

I've had lots more injuries that I never went in for though. Nor have I ever had (major) surgery.
