Guest Downhome Report post Posted March 27, 2002 If you look at the RAW roster, yes, it does seem quite a bit weaker, but this COULD be a good thing in the long run. Could it be that some talent will finally begin to be used the right way, and be pushed up the card? As it stands, RAW has the IC Title and the Euro Title. Those are the two biggest titles in the WWF, under the Undisputed Championship. There you have two titles that will be able to be in the mix. Also, you have... 1) Kane --- He has been needing SOMETHING to do for quite some time. He is a one time WWF World Champion, and since then he has just been floundering around if you ask me. I look at it like I did The Undertaker years ago. The Undertaker was given the World Title not too long after he was around, then he droped it very soon after he won it, then went on to many just seemingly pointless feuds. Sounds like Kane also if you ask me! I look for Kane to get a HUGE push now, as was made quite obvious by them seemingly building him up as "the guy" to fight the nWo at the current time. This will do wonders for Kane! 2) The Big Show - Ok, he isn't THAT great of a worker, but still, he's an f'n monster. He is a guy that could be a HUGE force, if ONLY they put him under the correct gimmick. If you ask me, I think he will also be in store for a huge push soon, and a possible heel turn to top it off. I see him becoming the unstopable monster VERY soon. 3) RVD --- Yep, it's finally going to be his time to shine I hope! I see him actually possibly feuding with the nWo here also, possibly in a feud against X-Pac, which could put out some great matches, if they both work at it. RVD is obviously one of the biggest stars on this roster, and it can only work in his favor. 4) Brock Lesner --- RAW is the PERFECT place to have Lesner, as it is the show that will need talent. I see Lesner running wild over many of the stars. We all saw what he could do to the 350+ pound Rikishi, I don't see many limits with this guy if you ask me! He could indeed be in store for a "Goldberg Push" on RAW on Monday nights! 5) Booker T --- Ah yes, this is the guy that I think will be helped the MOST by being on RAW. He NEEDS to turn face soon, as he could be a HUGE mega-face, and a #1 star. I wouldn't be suprised to have this happen very soon, and I wouldn't be either if I were you, lol. ...anyhow, my point is that the RAW roster and the way it is set up COULD actually give all of these guys something to do. Sure, many of you say you would just job out The Big Show, but realisticly, he's being paid quite a bit and is under a 10 year deal. It would be foolish to just job him out to everyone and to have him appear as nothing more than a looser. It's time they make something out of The Big Show, 'cause it's now or never if you ask me. Anyhow, I just wanted to share my opinions on the QUITE possible pushes of the above guys. Do ANY of you guys feel the same about any of this? Sincerely, ...Downhome... Guest Mystery Eskimo Report post Posted March 27, 2002 Yeah, I think the idea is to push all these guys. I'm more excited about Benoit's push though, as he's coming back "bigger and better" (or something!) according to Raw, which hopefully means a major push. Guest muzanisa Report post Posted March 27, 2002 The undertaker didn't lose nearly as much as Kane in his pointless feuds. His losing to Foley helped him. With Kane they'd have to do the opposite and either Undertaker or Nash would have to job clean to get him over. If Big Show can lose weight and look motivated like he did in WCW then give him the monster push. Otherwise comedy or Lesnar meat. RVD going to the top on Raw Lesnar feed him everyone on the roster in squashes until you get to say Raven and then pace the matches more. If he can work them keep pushing him and have him at the top against RVD or Undertaker NWO. The problem is if it's Undertaker and the NWO will he go over? Booker T I agree I'd like to see the Flock back, not that fussed about Austin. HHH will probably mix with the Undertaker for a while. All the female workers are on RAW. I'll watch it. Yeah, there is no doubt that Benoit will be a MAJOR player when he returns. He is one of the top 4-5 guys on the Smackdown roster, and witht he nWo not being on Smackdown, that only helps Benoit's chances at being a really major player and a Main Eventer. Yeah, there are OBVIOUS differences between Kane & The Undertaker, but still, the simularities are there, if you know what I mean.

Guest El Satanico Report post Posted March 27, 2002 Lesnar appears to be getting the unstoppable monster act so i don't know why they would also give it to Big Show too. That would be two "unstoppable monsters" on the same show and would kinda be a stupid move. If Big Show hasn't amounted to shit at this point in WWF who happens to love big guys he never will. Guest Hogan Made Wrestling Report post Posted March 27, 2002 Actually I think it would be cool if they built up two or more monsters and then did a "mega-powers collide" storyline where they meet on PPV after having demolished the rest of the roster. It would be a good way of putting Lesnar over.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted March 27, 2002 hmm...a Kane push? Just like the one I predicted when I said that HHH would get his jobs back from the only 2 people that he's given them too...Taker and Kane.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted March 27, 2002 Yes building two monsters could be good. However it would be better and make more sense to put them in opposite sides of the split so each could dominate their side and their meeting would be a bigger deal.
