Help me out with MAME.

I've been using mame 32 and today downloaded mame 69, which apparently has to be run from a command prompt, and I just can't get it to work. I looked through the faq, typed the commands they gave, and it won't start for some reason. I'm using Windows XP, if that makes a difference.

I don't think your using the newest version of MAME32
