Guest Sandman9000 Report post Posted June 6, 2003 Everything looks good with the exception of Blade/Ruckus. Spotspotblownspotspotblownspotblownspotspot rest spotspotblownspotspotblownspot rest blownspotspotfinish. At least Ruckus should retain. I'm wondering what they're going to be doing with Berk on the show. Flash, Knoxx, and most of Rebel's army also need matches, so I could see that being a six man, Flash Knoxx & Berk vs. Matthews Frazier & Z-Barr. GQ needs the win more then Cash to restore credibility, but Cash is still being uber-pushed, so Cash will go over there. Messiah retains, but only after taking a bump off the cage to the outside. You know it'll happen. Briscoes over Backseats, too. I should do a preview article for this show, like I did with BOTB3.
Guest Nevermortal Report post Posted June 6, 2003 Are the Briscoes full time with CZW now?
Guest Sandman9000 Report post Posted June 6, 2003 I believe so. I hope so, as well.
Guest meanmaisch Report post Posted June 6, 2003 Chris Cash v.s GQ.....again? Jesus, they need to get some new ideas for these two.
Guest Sandman9000 Report post Posted June 6, 2003 Last time those two had a match vs. each other was at Out With The Old, In With The New back in March 2002. So, it's been a while. Interestingly, all three time the two have wrestled (Answering The Challenge, This Time It's Personal, Out With The Old, In With The New) there wasn't a finish to any of them. I think we'll get one here.
Guest meanmaisch Report post Posted June 6, 2003 I know that they haven't worked each other in a while, with Chris being pushed to the moon and George being largely ignored as manager. Back in their backyard days, they faced each other at nearly every show. They had a long running feud that never seemed to end. As a first hand witness of nearly all their backyard matches, its frustrating to see them continually matched up together. Granted, they know each other better than anyone else in CZW, but I think it would be important to work some feuds with other workers to help them grow as workers. Guest Sandman9000 Report post Posted June 6, 2003 I don't think that they'll have another long program with each other, I think it's just one match to establish Cash as a face. And GQ needs a big win bad to save some of his credibility. As for the working other people thing, I'm just happy that the endless cycle of Cash/Ruckus/Sonjay appears to finally be broken, at least for one show.
