Guest EternallyLazy Report post Posted June 8, 2003 that was absolutely amazing... I really hope they play that tribute music video thing at the very end... I only caught half of it when they aired it on SD thanks to my stupid ass cable company cutting to commercial
Guest The Hollywood Fashion Plate Report post Posted June 8, 2003 And we say goodbye to another ring legend. Rest in peace, Mr. Blassie. (EDIT: What were they interviewing Mr. Blassie for last July? Was it for an unaired Confidential segment or something?)
Guest MillenniumMan831 Report post Posted June 8, 2003 Tremendous segment! Makes me even happier I taped the original Blassie segment in July. My favorite Blassie moment happened at WMI. Sheik/Volkoff just won the Tag Titles thanks to Blassie's cane cracking off of Windham's back. Okerlund: . . . A very controversial match Blassie: Whaddya mean controversial?!? He pinned him in the middle of the ring didn't he? Did he or did he not pin him for a count of 3? Okerlund: Where's that cane of yours? Blassie: What cane . . . I didn't have no cane! R.I.P. Classy One

J.B. Buzzkill 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2003 They have Rey's face distorted. Nice. I just got the DVD today. He wrestled in WCW for 2 YEARS w/o his mask. This company is amazing.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted June 8, 2003 The Blassie stuff reminded me of the little "movie" My Breakfast with Blassie that Andy Kaufman did. I sometimes come to tears when I watch that video, because on the tape is the premiere of the "movie" and it happened to be one of Andy Kaufman's last public appearances before he died (and you can tell he was sick, because his head was shaved except for a mohawk and he looked horrible..)
