Guest Zack Malibu Report post Posted March 27, 2002 OK, so with all the talk about trades on the rosters, a lot of the developmental talent and "yet to return" guys have been left in the dark. So... Who would you pick for Flair's RAW and Vince's Smackdown! shows? Let's give them 5 picks each, and see what we come up with. Remember, this is only for the guys bound to a WWF deal as of right now. Please do not pick Scott Steiner, Rey Mysterio, or any of the rumored signings. For Flair: Sean O'Haire: Touted as "the next Goldberg" in WCW, Flair sees fit to give the youngster a shot. Vince picks: Jamie Knoble: Has gained quite a cult following, and has quickly become one of the better cruisers out there. A perfect fit into the Smackdown roster. Flair picks: Mark Jindrak: Before O'Haire captures singles glory, reunite he and Jindrak, and set them up as young killer heels to lay waste to The Hardy Boyz. Vince picks: David Flair: Vince does this to get back at Flair, because now Ric can't protect his son from being tortured by any of McMahon's goon squad. Ric picks: Rhyno If there is anyone that could help take out monster heels like Undertaker, Nash or Lesnar, then it could be Rhyno, whose ousting from The Alliance last year could be the start of a face turn. Vince picks: Mike Awesome Vince loves the big men, and there aren't too many out there as well-rounded as Mike Awesome. He's brutal, but he can move and match up with any technical wrestler. Could be perfect as a McMahon enforcer. Flair picks: Randy Orton He might not have gotten his own son, but the son of Cowboy Bob gets a chance to shine on Flair's show. Vince picks: Shannon Moore Another cruiserweight standout, or could work easily in a pretty boy heel tag team (3 Count, anyone?) Flair picks: Mike Sanders Flair saw a little of himself in this kid, and knows that Sanders will work well in any role given to him, be it announcing, managing or straight up wrestling. Vince picks: Ron "H20" Waterman Since the abscence of Ken Shamrock, the WWF has been without a true "shooter". Waterman would do well as a babyface against Kurt Angle, Lance Storm, Hardcore Holly, and others on Vince's show. Let's see those ideas, guys. Who do you think should be drafted? Guest muzanisa Report post Posted March 27, 2002 All sounds good except then they'd have the too much talent problem again and HWA and OVW would have to close down. I'd bring in Eddy, Rey and Lynn on smackdown as well.

Guest El Satanico Report post Posted March 27, 2002 Smackdown won't pick up many FAs besides a few cruisers and a couple of guys like David Flair for storyline sake. Since Raw appears to be the show that they will use to try getting the lesser known guys over they will get more of the FAs.
