Wwf's plan for excess and jakked/metal

The WWF is aware that many of their viewers will no longer be able to watch some of their favorite wrestlers due to not having access to UPN and/or TNN. To solve this, Excess could be made into a Vince McMahon show featuring the Smackdown roster and Jakked/Metal could be made a Ric Flair show featuring the RAW roster.

That sounds like an ok idea but not everyone gets Jacked or Metal. And Excess in two hours. So I guess Flair could have Heat. Still a couple two hour shows for each side would be better.

I heard UPN (home of Smackdown) has like a 90% clearence. I wonder how much Metal/Jakked has? What about Attitude. I get all three of these shows.
