I saw an auction of his on ebay for 17 ROH DVD's and I emailed and gave him an offer and he accepted. I read in a past post that he is a scam artist. Guest Sandman9000 Posted June 14, 2003 Report Posted June 14, 2003 DO NOT DEAL WITH RUMBIN He's notorious as a rip-off artist over at the czwfans board, where he brags about ripping off people in tape deals. Every now and then he claims to have reformed and occasionally send people out their tapes, only to hope to sucker people into believing him and sending him money. If you value your wallet, do not send money to Josh Rumbin.
