Be fucking carefull if you use that website though, I'm sure it could "get ya" if you aren't carefull. I just got Platoon: SE and Scream: Collectors Series in the mail, totally for free. All I did was sign up, then cancell what I signed up for, and I got to keep the points, I exchanged the points for DVDs, and that's that.

 

Has anyone else ever used this service succesfully, or how about being fucked by it?

Just be fucking carefull, trust me when I say that. You have to pick and choose what you use to get points VERY carefully, unless of course you want to sign up for something there, in that case do it here and just get the points also for DVDs, heh.

You go to the site, and register. This costs nothing, and is 100% free in every way. From there, you get to exchange "points" that you aquire for DVDs, just about anything you would want, they offer. Now, to get these points you have to sign up for some of the offers they have listed, you find this by clicking on "DVD Points". Now, there are some that do not require a Credit Card, while there are others that do. Some of the offers are totally free, and some charge you a small fee for processing. There are quite a few that charge you only $1, etc...

 

What you have to remember, is to cancel anything you sign up for. You can do this instantly after signing up, or in a few days afterwords once you are in their system.

 

Some offers are great, like the SportingBetUSA offer. This is for 1400 points, and to get the points you have to sign up and make a $25 deposit into your account at SBUSA. The thing, is that once you get your points for this offer (about a week or so) you can cancel your SBUSA account, and transfer the $25 back to your account, or be sent a check to get the money back.

 

If I were you guys, I'd do the "INSTANT" offers first, because these are offers that you get the points for them instanly after signing up for them.

It's 100% legit, I've done it myself (and am about to trade in 2840 more points for something else), and it's just awesome. I know more than one person who have got tons of stuff, like Godfather set, Band of Brothers, various Criterion DVDs, and various other new DVDs/Sets, and just about anything else DVD you'd want.

I ordered the Scream and Die Hard sets on the 20th, and they came in the mail today. I just got 500 more points, so I might just get the Godfather set now. Just check it out...trust me.

Well, the current points that I have to use on that (if I decide on it), I spent about $8 on some of the offers. Still, I have enough from that to get the set and then another DVD of my choice. I don't know about you, but even if I got it for $8, it's more than worth it.

 

I didn't spend a single cent on the two box sets I've already recieved.
