Guest Renegade Report post Posted June 16, 2003 I've had my NGPC for about a year now, but since games are hard to find all I was left with was king of fighters round 2 and SNK vs Capcom, but over the past two weeks I picked up some new games for decent prices (Samurai showdown 2, Sonic, Gal fighters, Fatal Fury and card fighters clash) and have been playing it non stop. I had forgotten just what an awesome console it is. It just blows away anything that the gameboy has to offer and its very tragic that the console died so early. And now I'm probably going to go broke when I go on the hunt for more games. Anybody else have any thoughts on the NGPC?
Guest razazteca Report post Posted June 16, 2003 I hear that Metal Slug and Baseball Stars are must have. There are ROMS floating around if you want to try before you buy
Guest Cavi Report post Posted June 17, 2003 I got one at launch. It's my favorite handheld ever. Great design. I really like how you can turn it on without a game and mess around with that stuff (why the GBA didn't implement something like that is beyond me). It was really cool to be able to finally have console-like features (saving, unlockables) with games like Metal Slug. I also still think MOTM owns its console counterparts. LaParkaYourCar 0 Report post Posted June 17, 2003 I have one. It was okay, but I like GBA much much better. GBA has better graphics. I don't even know where my Neo Geo Pocket is anymore. Packed away somewhere.
