To be fair to Ross, he DID start to tone it down a bit after Lawler mentioned that. I really don't think he hates the French or anything (he's not Bradshaw).

One of the only good things Lawler has done in months was make good ol' JR look stupid on his views of France.

I missed this, what exactly did Lawler say?

 

JR: I can't stand how these young stars hate America.

 

JL: I don't know. What's the difference between them not liking us, and you not liking France.

 

JR: It's not that I don't like France, I just don't like their attitudes.

 

JL: Well, I bet they don't like your's either.

 

JR: I don't give a damn what they think.

 

Pretty much how it went down. The last line is real.

Not bad. I miss Heyman's antagonism. Speaking of Paul, what's his status with the company? Fewer duties? On hiatus? Fired completely?

Hitting your finisher on a woman is one of the time-honored traditions of all good wrestling. Uh, and WWF.

 

Personally I would have much rather Test hit Mae with the BOOOOOT, that would rule. I could actually see myself marking out for Test in that situation.
