(Again that last bit is a joke but in a while it will mean something). In Additon, As BPP suggested in the first IZ rating thread, from now on I will ignore any ratings that are a bit suspect. If this was next week, that '1' would be ignored. Again the 'suspect' rating is at my discretion, unless the person who gave that rating, privately explains to me why they did so.
