Guest Real Chosen 1 Posted January 31, 2002 Report Posted January 31, 2002 I might as well get started. The film hasn't been released here yet but from what i see it looks really good, a nice comedy is what i've wanted for a while now, to have a change of pace from the action/adventures. I just want to know when all the others arrive what exactly is it like? is it too childish or still fun?
Guest muswp1 Posted February 1, 2002 Report Posted February 1, 2002 I didn't like it. Then again, I don't like half of the people in it so I might be biased.
Guest RSPWFAQ Posted February 1, 2002 Report Posted February 1, 2002 I just want to know when all the others arrive what exactly is it like? is it too childish or still fun? It's both childish and mature, which is why it works so great on both levels. I'm a total John Lassiter mark at this point -- the writing is great, his team writes humor that works on several different levels, and the stories generally balance heartfelt emotion with action and comedy. I actually thought it was one of the best films of 2001, behind Harry Potter and LOTR.
Guest KK Rage Posted February 1, 2002 Report Posted February 1, 2002 I haven't seen the film, and don't plan on it because as an employee of Disney have been driven to boycott the nazis.. DIE YOU ANIMATED RAT! Sorry, Toy Story 2 was actually REALLY good, so you might enjoy Monsters.....
Guest Posted February 1, 2002 Report Posted February 1, 2002 Monsters Inc was big suck.......the cahracters were so bad and I wsihed they would all jsut die......and Harry Potter and Lord Of Rings was both very bad to. My faverite movie was Whole 9 Yards this year......it had Amanda Pete naked and very hot beyond beleif.....oh and it had Bruce Willis killin off Micheal Clark Duncan.....that was a great part. You should rent that one...there are some more hot girls in it.....but not as naked as Pete. Good acting to and the plot is very intriging.

While you can have your own opinions, one would question why a person who would be so close minded (A PG film, it must suck!) that they couldn't find humor in a good movie like Monster's Inc. And Whole Nine Yards, just for your information, came out in early 2000. February if I'm not mistaken, and when it comes to movie info, I'm not usually. And as for Amanda Pete, she's just like eight million other actresses out there, just she's willing to do sexually explicit pieces of crap like Whipped. God knows the world needed a movie where someone actually "tosses the salad." Viva la Konna!
Guest JAMES900 Posted February 3, 2002 Report Posted February 3, 2002 I'm fed up of hearing about the film in the uk Powergen are sponsoring it, and seeing as I work for them It means we have, to have damm adverts for the film all around the office. The actual film looks good from the trailers.
Guest Posted February 9, 2002 Report Posted February 9, 2002 I thought it was new.....I saw it at my friend's house. I hate Monsters Inc cause it was lame.......my friend also had that at the same time. Nothin made me laugh it was a shitty movie to me. Billy Crystal is the giant dumbass of Hollywood.....they should just fire him from makin any movies anymore. No one likes his sorry ass.....he thinks he's that guy Balky from Strangers the tv show. Are you sayin Amanda Pete is a slut or some thing man??? That aint right bro. She is a beautifull woman.
Guest DARRYLXWF Posted September 12, 2002 Report Posted September 12, 2002 I liked the part where the monster BUMPED his head
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted September 12, 2002 Report Posted September 12, 2002 hardy har har har. At least this could be used to talk about the DVD release.
Guest C.H.U.D. Posted September 12, 2002 Report Posted September 12, 2002 I saw Monster's Inc. in the theatre and loved it. It was in my top 10 for last year. I think it's by far the best of these new CGI cartoon movies. As for the DVD, I picked it up on Saturday, and it's really sweet. The picture quality is amazing, and the disc is loaded with special features. There is even a 4 minute animated short featuring the main characters from Inc., made exclusively for the DVD. If you are a fan of the film, the DVD is worth it. I'd even recommend it as a blind buy if you like these kind of films.
