Guest JMA Report post Posted June 22, 2003 The Hulk has had many forms over the years. These are the three most well known. Let me explain each: Savage Hulk - The most well known of the three forms. This is the classic, green, infantile "HULK SMASH~!" Hulk. Bruce Banner changed into this form when he got angry. The Savage Hulk grows stronger the angrier he gets. He is much stronger than the Grey Hulk. Grey Hulk - The original form of the Hulk. This Hulk was not infantile, he was more like a spoiled teenager. He could be crafty, selfish, and manipulative. Bruce Banner changed into this form during nightfall. The Grey Hulk's strength always stays the same. "Professor" Hulk - A combination of the Savage Hulk, Grey Hulk, and Bruce Banner. He had the form and strength of the Savage Hulk, the craftiness of the Grey Hulk, and the mind and intelligence of Bruce Banner. In this form, all of the personalities in Banner's mind coexist peacefully. While in this form the Hulk would not usually change back into Banner. Which do you like the best? Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Report post Posted June 22, 2003 It was revealed in the "Dogs of War" story-arc, that the "Professor" does NOT have the mind of Bruce Banner, but rather a rough approximation of Banner without all of Banner's guilt created by Doc Samson. And Grey Hulk has a name... Joe Fixit if I recall correctly.

Guest Steviekick Report post Posted June 22, 2003 After a long thought process, I chose the grey hulk. I have always thought that the "professor" Hulk was interesting, but it seems to much like Superman and it really doesn't do anything for me. It's just not as interesting. He THOUGHT he was Bruce Banner, but he wasn't. Don't try to argue this point; you're wrong. Go buy "Dogs of War."

Joe Fixit was a personality that emerged much later during the Peter David run, where he had the grey Hulk's limitations, but had a lot of "street smarts", if you weeell... Guest JMA Report post Posted June 23, 2003 Don't try to argue this point; you're wrong. Go buy "Dogs of War." You may be right, but don't act like you now more about comics than I do. I admit, I haven't been keeping up with the Hulk for a couple of years. And for some reason this conversation gives me the strangest sense of Deja Vu.
