Well, maybe within this feud and getting some quality growth from Edge both in character and, daresay, in workrate (if anybody's going to drag a ***+ match out of our cookie-cutter friend Edge, it's Angle), you won't have to worry about Edge spearing everyone in sight.  The few spears that Angle might have to take now might be small steps towards Edge not having to rely on the spear in the ring...and I think Angle and you can both endure at least a couple more.

No, I don't care that Kurt is taking a spear. I care that that will be the WHOLE GOD DAMNED FEUD. Angle gets an advantage, the enxt week edge spears him. Angle does something different the week after that. Latter that night Edge spears him. It;s fucking boring.The only way to help Edge is an injury right now. Come back like three months from now and never do that fucking spear again. or you know what will happen (motions downward)

I say by "a couple of broken eggs" is that they have to give Edge a little bit of victorious "face time" so that it doesn't look like Angle's treating him like a jobber.  Unfortunately, for now, that means SPEARS GALORE~! but maybe, after Edge and Angle trade off wins and one-ups in this feud, and it becomes a little more intense (mentions of past friendships, both helping each other win in the past), Edge can move forward to other methods of destruction, like beating Angle with the Canadian flag or sending children rigged with C4 into his dressing room or something.

What's cool to me about being a "smart" wrestling fan is appreciating the wrestlers who make the others.  Foley was my favorite and I really haven't truly enjoyed the WWF quite the same since he stopped working.  Kurt Angle is that guy now and his matches are the part of each show that I know will be good whoever he's in there against.  It beats whining all the damn time.
