Misery

I just watched Misery, and while reading some reviews afterward, I learned more than a few incidents with Annie were taken out of the movie as compared to the book. Anyone care to fill me in on what I missed? (I heard something about a cop and a lawn mower)

 

BTW is their a SE DVD out/ in planning?
