Guest nl5xsk1 Report post Posted June 23, 2003 Hopefully I can word this correctly ... I have a laptop that somehow got changed to have the right hand keys actually come up as numbers. So, if I want to type anything I need to plug in a seperate keyboard and type on that, rather than use the actual laptop keyboard. Has anyone heard of this happening? Does anyone know how to correct it so they keyboard works as it's supposed to?

Guest nl5xsk1 Report post Posted June 23, 2003 Thanks, Eagan, I'll give it a shot when I get home from work. If it resolves my problem, you're a lifesaver and I owe you one.
Guest DrTom Report post Posted June 23, 2003 There are also instructions in owners' manuals for how to set and unset this option. We've had a few people accidentally turn it on with the laptops they're issued here, and pointing them to the manual has allowed them to resolve it for themselves every time.
