Guest The Rising Star Posted June 30, 2003 Report Posted June 30, 2003 Sharpshooter - Bret Hart. Moonsault - Essa Rios. Bret Hart uses about 10-15 seconds to lock on the move. Sting locks it in 3-4 seconds and makes the move look GOOD. Hayabusa- Tope Con Hilo Mutoh- Handspring Elbow Super Delfin- Swinging DDT
Guest Monday Night Jericho Posted July 2, 2003 Report Posted July 2, 2003 Bret Hart uses about 10-15 seconds to lock on the move. That doesn't necessarily mean that he is doing it wrong. It would make sense if he were to take t longer because it would be like his opponent is ''struggling'', which would make it harder for Bret to lock it on.
Guest Indikator Posted July 2, 2003 Report Posted July 2, 2003 Johnny Ace is the master of Ace Crusher variations, forget DDP Diving Knee Attack - Jumbo Tsuruta Tombstone - Dynamite Kid Firebird Splash - Kronos Piledriver - Paul Orndorff Vertical Suplex - Davey Boy Smith
Guest Goose749 Posted July 2, 2003 Report Posted July 2, 2003 Rock's sharpshooter > Bret Hart's I don't know what the hell it is that the Rock does, but it isn't the Sharpshooter. I have never seen Rock do a proper Sharpshooter. It's kinda like the bitchified version.
Guest AndrewisyourHero Posted July 2, 2003 Report Posted July 2, 2003 the thing is about rock, he used to do it properly, then he just got lazy
Guest godthedog Posted July 2, 2003 Report Posted July 2, 2003 rock did a very nice version of it in his tv match with benoit last year.
Guest Thunder Rising!!! Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 I mark out big time for Muta/Mutoh's flashing elbow. The execution of a simple elbow drop is a thing of beauty. Most of the time, the only reason i watch a Muta match is to anticipate for that move.
Guest Thunder Rising!!! Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 Oh yes, Tenzan's Mongolian Chops and stiff headbutts kick major ass!!! Skull to skull, no shit!!!
Guest KJ Brackish Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 I am not a Billy Kidman mark but I feel that his: Vertebreaker and SSP are indeed awesome! He does them gracefully with the exception of his SSP accident. DFA
Guest Choken One Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 Lesnar's SSP is more impressive giving the size and all....Kidman's always seemed bleh to me. Spinebuster Arn Anderson. The spinebuster on Taker at Mania was his only great contribution to WWE since 1989. Top Rope Elbow Drop Randy Savage It always looked so damn sicking cause It looked like SAVAGE crushed his elbow down the guys throat...
Guest AndrewisyourHero Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 Spinebuster Arn Anderson. The spinebuster on Taker at Mania was his only great contribution to WWE since 1989. Agreed. I was there live, and the beauty of that Spinebuster almost brought tears to my eyes..
Guest Thunder Rising!!! Posted July 5, 2003 Report Posted July 5, 2003 Erm... Kidman does not do the vertebreaker, Hurricane does. Kidman's SSP seems bleh to me too. He does not have the finese(sp?) like Liger, Magnum Tokyo, Paul London.
