Rawknight 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2003 SO your suggestion for cards... hmmmmm Well here's what i've done for Storm (I haven't done the Battle Royal cos.. well that's like.. WORK!)
Guest 5_moves_of_doom Report post Posted June 26, 2003 Now on X-Box too! SWF Storm... Featuring The Boston Strangler and Taylor Nichloas Thompson! We're so... skinny. Heheh, well, good luck on all of the models so far. Beezel looks kinda fucked up, but I can understand that. Keep up the good work, eh?
Rawknight 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2003 it's hard to make people look big without them just looking WRONG in RAW. Big guys now just get hugely muscular arms. And that's really the best i could do for Beezel without spending AGES trying. And Craven's red gloves = (N) I just Couldn't get them to look right
Guest Suicide King Report post Posted June 26, 2003 These things are things of beauty, and I am richer spiritually for having seen them in my lifetime. Va'aiga, I hereby bequeath to you the vacant title of SWF Sub-Saharan African Graphics Champion. Wear it with pride.
Guest Edwin MacPhisto Report post Posted June 26, 2003 So slick. Did I mention slick? I almost want to return just so I can be a little Raw guy. Though creative control would probably be better represented in suits, ties, bifocals, and seated around a conference table playing Chutes and Ladders to decide who gets a push. Edwin: Down the chute we go! Grand Slam: What does that mean? King: Oh no. Edwin: YES! Grand Slam: What?? Edwin: Flesher's next title defense: The Memphis Eel! Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted June 26, 2003 Card, you have to make me the Memphis Eel. Here's his basic looks: Wrestler’s Name: The Memphis Eel Nickname: Steve Height: 6 ft. Weight: 250 lbs. Hometown: Memphis, Tennessee (by way of Planet Lovetron) Age: 49 (forever) Face/Heel: his name is the Memphis Eel, figure it out Stable: none Ring Escort: none Weapon(s): hands of stone Quote: none really, but refers to all opponents as either “son,” or “boy” and accuses them of “being on the reefer.” Looks: Has died jet-black hair, slicked back like Pat Riley. Wears jumbo rose-colored sunglasses to the ring, gaudy rings on every finger and a giant gold medallion that says, “FUNK” in the middle of it. Wrestles in variously hued, rhinestone covered jumpsuits with extra large flares at the bottom and huge butterfly collars up top. The suit is opened down to the top of his ripe like a watermelon beer gut in order to show off his gray chest hair. His white boots have a six-inch heel (he’s really only five foot four). And I have no problem with Frost being shown with freakishly huge Scott Steiner type arms.
Guest Ash Ketchum Report post Posted June 26, 2003 (Y) @ Card's work. Don't worry about the gloves. They're not that easy to do. You've done an awesome job on all of these, though.
Guest The Superstar Report post Posted June 26, 2003 Sooooooooooooooooo awesome. The only thing I have to say is that Judge and Danny look too similar...
Guest Space_Cowboy Report post Posted June 27, 2003 Va'aiga = some sort of god.
Guest Beezel Report post Posted June 27, 2003 The mask is a little odd, but other than that, that is an excellent rendering of myself. Thank you.
Guest 5_moves_of_doom Report post Posted June 27, 2003 Sooooooooooooooooo awesome. The only thing I have to say is that Judge and Danny look too similar... Yeah, you might want to edit Judge just a bit so that you get the whole "a little older" feel. Oh, and I want to see Neilsen, Comet, Stevens, and Riley, if you could manage it. EDIT: Ash brings a whole new meaning to the term "flaming."
Guest Powerplay Report post Posted June 27, 2003 Just, like, superimpose LaFours' head (From Mallrats) and it's fine .
Guest realitycheck Report post Posted June 27, 2003 I maintain Judge should look like James Coburn. -Z
Guest Tod deKindes Report post Posted June 27, 2003 Do me, do me. The picture. Minds out of the gutter, folks. Huh: This from someone who has Kermit banging a stuffed animal in his sig. Tee-hee.
Guest Crowe Report post Posted June 27, 2003 Ash brings a whole new meaning to the term "flaming." ... Bwahahahaha. And Card, once again, excellent work. But if you really want to sell the games, you should put Crow on there, cause ya know, he has a tremendous pull with the female audience.
Guest Edwin MacPhisto Report post Posted June 27, 2003 I maintain Judge should look like James Coburn. -Z You know, I've always kinda pictured him like that. I try to start with the guy who played LaFours, but it just devolves into a James Coburn blend--half 1990's character work old man Coburn, half wiry Magnificent Seven cowboy Coburn. It's great. I also picture Ejiro as a ham sandwich with arms, legs, and googly eyes, but maybe I'm just high.
Guest crusen86 Report post Posted June 27, 2003 Nice. Odd how all SWF wrestlers have the exact same stance, though. Cloning is bad.
Rawknight 0 Report post Posted June 27, 2003 i can make judge a littl egreyer around the temples, but one of the BIG problems with RAW is there's only 20 faces, and of course they're all different racial groups.. i think there's about 12 white faces in total. big oops using the same face for guys with the same haircut (like Judge and Danny).. i'll have to see what i can diddle.
