Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted June 26, 2003 New York Times' best selling author and hardcore legend Mick Foley was the guest on Between The Ropes this past Wednesday. Mick joined the show for an hour long conversation about his new book Tietam Brown which will hit bookstores on July 8th, his recent return to WWE and what the future holds for him. Here are a few notes from the interview. - Mick said that many have said that book is somewhat disturbing although he sees it more as a love story. He did change part of the book so that it was not as dark. - Also on the book, he discussed whether or not he has even done "the deck" (read the book to find out about that!). - He talked about the touching ceremony on Raw this past week, including a huge sacrifice by Tommy Dreamer. - Foley spoke about Terry Funk and how he was invited to Raw. There was also some funny discussion about the Funker claiming that he will never read Mick's autobiography. - Mick talks about other recent wrestling autobiographies, including Missy Hyatt's and there is talk about her current profession. - The Hardcore Legend spoke about how he enjoyed his recent return to WWE, wrestling having emotion and how important it is to the business and on some of the younger, up-and-coming talent. - Mick also discussed whether or not he would like to have another match and, if so, when it might be. Plus, he talked about the hot rumor of wrestling Triple H at SummerSlam this August. - Foley also touched on his work with charity, if he ever sold his car on eBay, and much, much more.
