Does anyone happen to know why they stopped using The G T,- I mean "F-View" Hidden Security Cam Feature? Don't tell me Gerwertz and the rest of The Writers ran out of Ideas on how to use It? (Detect heavy sarcasm)

There actually was a blow off too this...

Bischoff used it as an ratings ploy for taping the girls in the dressing room...this went for a couple weeks...

The Bischoff was captured on F-View and thus fired the camera guy and it never came back.

Actually, I believe they aired more F-View after that. The last F-View I remember, William Regal and Lance Storm were ripping Jerry Lawler's new book. This was used to set up a match between Lawler and Regal. I think this was In January, but I'm not sure. Just another storyline that was never followed up on by The Creative Team.

Please someone out there: Explain the logic of the F-View camera. I want to see if anyone can actually do it!

I'm sure someone can find a way to make a Bradshaw joke here.

The logic of the F-View camera was that Bischoff wanted to do Shock TV and "push the limits," so he would have cameras set up in places where controversial things might happen: places like the women's locker room, and other random people's locker rooms. There was supposedly hours of F-View footage, and whenever something "good" (i.e. controversial) happened, Bischoff would tell the crew to air it to shock people. Unfortunately at some point someone had an F-View camera set up in Bischoff's locker room and it pissed him off. That's the best I can do.

GTV was Michael Cole's idea, and it was supposed to be revealed that the G stood for Goldust, and that he was behind it all along. The storyline never played out, though.

I honestly think that the WWE writers probably forgot about the concept of F-View probably after...a week after it started, and it evolved over time and they just didn't bother with it.

The F-view thing actually makes more sense than the camera work we're used to seeing. There are hidden cameras around the stadium, and they just happen to catch all this stuff that's going on.

That makes more sense than a camera just hanging around while HHH plots, or while Bishoff is having a call with McMahon, or Kane having some dumbass flashback.

WCW did the hidden camera footage deal for weeks and it made sense but they retreated back to the normal stuff...

Anyone remember BuffTV where he was unknowingly filming the MAG 7 backstage and it was being aired...

remember when Midajah was kidnapped and they caught it on BuffTV but they didn't see the guy and it turned out it was DDP behind the whole camara deal or something...

It's all fuzzy in my head.

I thought Vince Russo came up with The G-T.V. Hidden Camera Deal? Michael Cole's not that Creative. Just look at his Announcing on Smackdown!

I'm just telling you people what Triple H told me when I spoke with him via instant messenger.

Actually, I remember reading that when Russo (or whoever it was) came up with G-TV they wanted it to be Tom Green (I guess bring him in for a few appearences) but Vince rejected the idea because he didnt know who he was. Then it was gonna be Goldust TV but Dustin was fired soon after.

F-View actually makes more sense then what they usually do. At least with F-view we all know its a "secret" camera like on a reality TV show so the people being taped do not know they are.

Thats better than the usual scenario where wrestlers scheme plots and have private conversations with a camera man standing 2 feet away from them...

Somebody forgot the RAW Main Event of King and JR Vs. Regal and Storm.
