Guest HartFan86 Report post Posted July 2, 2003 I just got the DVD today at FYE for 19.99. One thing that I notice right off is that Booker, Flair, Dudleys, RVD, Kane, O'Haire's themes are all dubbed over...ah well. I was actually at the show, and you can see me quite a bit. I'm in Section 125 and I'm wearing a Hulkamania (The red one) T-Shirt and I've got a green Red Sox hat on backwards. You can actually see me during the DVD main menu on the last shot of the crowd they show at the beginning (the one with the big GOLDBERG sign...I'm one section to the right of that holding up a white sign that says BOBBY with an arrow pointing down...I'm jumping like an idiot, too.) You can see me tons of times throughout the nights in the same spot (obviously) including when Rock is on the turnbuckle and after Goldberg wins the match on the turnbuckle. Also, after the show goes off air...you can see me quite clearly during the "Rock Backlash Aftermath" or whatever they call it. Too bad the show wasn't too good, but ah well. "Yeah...ohhh come on!" As far as I know, O'Haire's theme isn't public domain. It's performed by Waterproof Blonde, or something like that. The WWE should stop editing their PPV releases. Maybe it's just me, but if I buy a WWE DVD, I expect to see (and hear) everything the way that it originally happened.

Lil' Bitch 0 Report post Posted July 5, 2003 One thing that I notice right off is that Booker, Flair, Dudleys, RVD, Kane, O'Haire's themes are all dubbed over. For being a rich guy, Vince is sure one cheap bastard. I agree, everything should be left in its originality, music-wise anyway.
DrVenkman PhD 0 Report post Posted July 5, 2003 Well based on the video games, I knew Booker's theme could be in question but since they've released several PPV's with it on, this surprises me. I don't remember when RVD started using the Breaking Point theme, but I heard someone mention the old theme was dubbed over on Royal Rumble 2002, but it hasn't been since, so that too is odd. The Flair thing has been happening since Backlash 2002 so no surprise there... and I'm a big fan of his 1992 WWF theme, so I like that.
