Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted July 7, 2003 ...and they FUCKING ROCKED~! Crowd was hot all night, band was on, just an all-around awesome show. This was my 3rd time seeing them, and the best show yet. Would have liked to have heard "Footsteps" though. And, as an extra bonus, we were treated to the fireworks show at Penn's Landing about 8 songs into the show (which is why RITFW made an esp. early appearance). If you like PJ, but haven't seen them yet, do yourself a favor and make it a point to catch them. Guest Name On A Screen Report post Posted July 7, 2003 Eh, the setlist for the show didn't look all that great with lots of Riot Act material, and nothing from Binaural or No Code which are my two favourite PJ albums. I hear nothing but good things about PJ's live show though, I'll probably go to see them if they ever come to where I am. Have you heard the Binaural outtakes that leaked out yet? They're great. Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted July 7, 2003 Which Binaural outtakes? And where can I get them? I really liked "Riot Act", and they played most of the ones I particularly like (Can't Keep, Save You, Green Disease, 1/2 Full, Down [actually didn't make the album]), so I wasn't complaining. They played again last night (didn't go), and they knocked out some No Code & Binaural stuff (including In My Tree, one of my faves). Buzzcocks opened for them. Never heard any of their stuff before (I've heard of them, though), but they were pretty good. They played for a good 50 minutes or so. A lot better than most of the bands passing themselves off as "punk" these days.
