Guest Report post Posted March 30, 2002 Hi, I am The Myth, a new poster here at the SmarkBoards. I am a poster at another message board, and write cards at the Other Arena's BOOK site. Anywho, I always thought that the 1999 version of the WWF could be done a whole lot better than the original product of Vince Russo and the writing team. Even though the fed was at its height in popularity, matches were short, storylines were too weird, and gimmicks were too...gimmicky. So, here's the primer for my 1999 WWF Series. I'll start with the month leading into the Rumble. The last PPV was IYH: Rock Bottom. The Rock was the champ, heading the Corporation, and Austin was destined to be his challenger at Wrestlemania. So then...the roster...(Those left out I don't need.) Male Wrestlers 1. The Rock (WWF Heavyweight Champion) - The Corporation 2. Stone Cold Steve Austin 3. Mankind 4. The Undertaker 5. Kane 6. Triple H - D-Generation X 7. Ken Shamrock (WWF Intercontinental Champion) - The Corporation 8. The Big Bossman (WWF Hardcore Champion) - The Corporation 9. Jeff Jarrett 10. Owen Hart 11. X-Pac (WWF European Champion) - D-Generation X 12. "Badd Ass" Billy Gunn (WWF Tag Team Champion) - D-Generation X 13. "Road Dogg" Jesse James (WWF Tag Team Champion) - D-Generation X 14. Val Venis 15. Bob "Hardcore" Holly - The JOB Squad 16. D-Lo Brown 17. Mark Henry 18. Al Snow - The JOB Squad 19. Gangrel - The Brood 20. Edge - The Brood 21. Christian - The Brood 22. Matt Hardy 23. Jeff Hardy 24. Faarooq 25. Bradshaw 26. Goldust 27. Shawn Stasiak 28. The Godfather 29. Test 30. Mideon 31. Viscera 32. Steve Blackman 33. Scott "Too Hot" Taylor 34. Brian "Too Sexy" Christopher 35. The Blue Meanie - The JOB Squad 36. Gillberg - The JOB Squad 37. Taka Michinoku 38. Sho Funaki 39. Mosh 40. Thrasher Female Wrestlers/Valets 41. Chyna - D-Generation X 42. Jacqueline 43. Ivory 44. Ryan Shamrock 45. Sable (WWF Womens Champion) 46. Luna 47. Debra 48. Terri 49. Tori Personnel 50. Vince McMahon - The Corporation 51. Shane McMahon - The Corporation 52. Shawn Michaels (WWF Commissioner) 53. Gerald Brisco - The Corporation 54. Pat Patterson - The Corporation And the results from the last pay-per-view, Rock Bottom: 1. D'Lo Brown & Mark Henry d. The Godfather & Val Venis 2. Headbangers d. Golga & Kurrgan 3. Steve Blackman d. Owen Hart 4. Gangrel, Edge & Christian d. Al Snow, Bob "Hardcore" Holly & The Blue Meanie 5. Goldust d. Jeff Jarrett - Striptease Match 6. The New Age Outlaws d. The Big Bossman & Ken Shamrock 7. Mankind d. The Rock (DQ) (WWF Heavyweight Title Match) 8. Steve Austin defeated the Undertaker - Buried Alive Match Coming soon I will post the first Raw is War after Rock Bottom. From there I will lead to the Royal Rumble, and hopefully onward. I'll post each show here in this thread, to be neat. So coming up will be Raw is War #1! The Myth
