Guest Prototype450 Report post Posted July 13, 2003 I was doing career mode with Jericho and Beniot. After 15 minutes of battling with X-Pac and Triple H. i get a special with Jericho. I hit the double powerbomb. I throw Triple H in the corner and hit the Super Backdrop. The Sum bitch got up faster than i did. He seriously did. As soon as his body flipped over from the backdrop he got right back up. Has this happened to anyone before?
Guest The Czech Republic Report post Posted July 13, 2003 Yes. I advise you to not play the Smackdown games if you don't like HHH no-selling your moves. I wonder if Here Comes The Pain will have a feature in which successfully hitting your finisher on HHH results in YOU getting pinned.
Guest Karnage Report post Posted July 13, 2003 The old Smackdown games for PSone always did that for me. You throw them off the cell and they get right back up.
Guest ViciousFish Report post Posted July 13, 2003 It happens in No Mercy alot. My friend had a CAW that I swear was invincible. No matter what I did he got up faster than me until about 35 minutes into the match. One a totally unrelated not I made Bubba tap to a Brock bearug after only a spine buster in SYM. Second move of the match and he tapped like a bitch
Guest Insanityman Report post Posted July 13, 2003 Blah, No Mercy isn't nearly as bad as the Smackdown. Throw someone off the cell, they climb right back up. But I remember how much shit got no sold when fighting a handicap APA for the Hardcore title.
Guest EdwardKnoxII Report post Posted July 14, 2003 I don't know about anybody else but, in WM 2000 I hated wrestling against Mark Henry. I swear everytime I went to lock up with him he'd smack me away like a fly. It'd take forever to lock up with him. And it didn't help matters that you'd face him thousand times in career mode no matter how many times you beat him. Him and Gangerl
Guest RenegadeX28 Report post Posted July 14, 2003 I hated that in WM2000! Henry........argh. I hated fighting him during season mode.

Guest The Flying Dutchman Report post Posted July 14, 2003 Bah. I hit Christian with the Stone Cold Stunner 3 times in a row and he still kicked out. This was after 10 minutes of beating on him.
Guest jm29195 Report post Posted July 14, 2003 I don't know about anyone else but the storylines in sym are nearly as bad as real life- in one case I was playing season mode with Lesnar and I jad back to back ppv title matches against Faarooq, Test and then Mark Henry in a cage at Summerslam- I am ashamed to say I lost against Henry..... Guest Lil Naitch Report post Posted July 14, 2003 I get no sold all of the time. I was just in a tag match with Benoit ves Taker adn Booker. Like an idiot, I escaped early, then booker, and I watched for 10 minutes while taker no sold Benoit, hit 5 chokeslams and a LAst Ride, and the only reason he didn't win was because I hit the cage, causing hime ot fall down where Benoit FINALLY put him in the Crossface then climbed out. In a related note, I bitchslapped Trips in a title match, where he got in one or two offensive moves (a punch) and I made him tap w/ the figure four.

Guest DonWestMark03 Report post Posted July 15, 2003 When I play No Mercy, I get no sold a bunch of times, especially from the main eventers. So, it is pretty typical to be no sold.
