Monday night war question

During the monday night wars, both the WWF and WCW had a cage match at the same time, I remember flipping the channels constantly to catch both. If I remember correctly the WCW cage match was between DDP and Macho Man, but I can't remember who were in the WWF cage match. Does anyone know?

U mean WCW actually thought Savage and Piper and DDP in a Standard Cage would out draw an fucking HIAC match just weeks after KOTR?

How the hell do TWO cage matches go to no contests in the same night??

Well, the HiaC was just Bait and switch. Most people dont even know about this match.

Well, this is WCW booking and Russo booking. NC were THE SHIT~! in 1998. And you mean the HIAC match was really a regular tag match? Then during the show theymade it a HIAC?

The Hiac match was a bit shitty. I don't remember the exact details, but i'm fairly sure it's on something like the Best of Raw DVD, but anyway from what I do remember one of the four men doesn't take part in the match. I think it's Taker who doesn't turn up, and the match itself isn't actually a match, just a load of brawling in and out of the cage. Nothing special or even good. But I may be slightly wrong.

That wasn't a tag match. It was Mankind vs. Kane 1 on 1. Undertaker and Austin ran in and caused to NC.

There was a suppose to be a HIAC match with the 4 above in tag style.

It didnt start though. UT no showed (we think) and Austin brawled with Mankind. Paul

Bearer hides in cell, then UT comes from under ring, beats on Bearer, and bloodies him up while Kane tries breaking in. Austin then climbs the roof (where Kane is) and begins beating the crap out of him.

That was it.

Kane v. Mankind was like a MONTH later.
