(AP) A man wanted in the sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl at a Target store was arrested Wednesday in Kentucky, police said. Allen Dwayne Coates, 37, was captured without incident in Louisville, Ky., South Charleston Police Chief David Dunlap said. He was being held Wednesday at a jail in Louisville on charges of first-degree sexual assault and kidnapping. Hope they lock him up in a big building that'll lead to him getting sexualy assualted If not, like a I said they'll beat him to death, or badly mutilate him, and the guards will not give a fuck, they might even particiapte.

So they use their full legal name too make it sound more sinister. Plus if the guy had a funky middle name we could all laugh at him like the bastard he is.

There's a big difference between the girl who was repeatedly raped in the Target and the one who had consensual sex in Georgia. One is a victim and one isn't, IMO.

I don't think 18 makes you an "adult." Go up to any 18 year old you know and see if you consider them in any way "adult"-like. 18 is not some age where you suddenly become supremely wise. You're still in school or *just* got out. You're still very much a child. Having consensual sex with a 15-year-old is wrong in the eyes of the law, but it should definitely carry a lesser penalty than the 30-40 year olds who do it. They REALLY know better.
