Guest Goodear Report post Posted July 15, 2003 Hey gang, in the style of Deacon (who needs a break) its fallen on me to put together a field of the greatest comic book teams in the HISTORY OF TIME! OMG! Heros and Villian squads are both welcome. Anyway, just toss out names of teams to start with and I'll get the whole thing all organized and set the first round in a week or so. I figure the list below is a nice start but everything is up for debate as far as this little black duck is concerned. 1) The X-Men (I'm going to not break this down between the different squads since it would just be confusing... so no Gold and Blue Teams. I'm also not sure if X-Factor should be added or not, or if I should just stipulate the Havok/Polaris team) 2) The Authority 3) The Fantastic Four 4) The Avengers 5) Justice League of America 6) Justice Society of America 7) The Power Company 8) Injustice Gang 9) The Injustice Society 10) The Suicide Squad 11) The Serpent Society 12) The Mauraders 13) The Reavers 14) The Thunderbolts 15) The Masters of Evil 16) The Frightful Four 17) Silver Sable's Wildpack 18) The Outsiders 19) Tean Titans 20) Doom Patrol 21) The Brotherhood of Evil (The Brain, Monsour Mallah) 22) Young Justice 23) The Horsemen of Apocalpse 24) The Dark Riders 25) The Mutant Liberation Front 26) SHIELD (I figured we needed organizations too to reach 64) 27) AIM 28) HYDRA 29) X-Force 30) X-Statix 31) The Acolytes of Magneto 32) The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants 33) HIVE 34) The League of Assasins (Rha's Al Ghul runs this Mr. Z?) Keep them coming folks... if we can get to 64 good, if not, we'll do 32. If its a lesser known squad, put the name of some members and which company produces the comics. Try not to break out things like the Batman or Superman family if you can help it... just because the one star sort of overshadows the team. Have at it you wild animals.
