Before you had Triple threat at their prime you had Eastern Championship Wrestling Watching The Night the Line was crossed 1994 Tod Gordon speaks to the audience with advisory that ECW isn't for everyone ahhhh... back n the day Joey Styles Thanks Gordon Solie for the "Crimson Mask" Sandman actually wearing tights.... Mr.Hughes and some roman guy An Age old Snuka Stalling for 5 minutes before beating a 22 year old Tommy Dreamer, who not only worked the crowd went out and SAT with them in the front row for a minute. Taz and Kevin sullivan in a short match vs Tanaka and The Shiek Taz getting lit afire. Mike Awesome some 5 years prior to his Main event ECW days and in between his FMW Gladiator days Does a 5 minute Squashfest on JT Smith, only for Smith too win a Screwjob victory Then Awsome Squashes the Ref and Breaks the Top rope. Damn he was good back then. And one of the greater matches in ECW a hour long triple threat of Shane Douglas, Funk and Sabu! Which highlights include a double sleeper..... Funk stumbling out to the Eagles next to talk trash to Douglas on Styles headset that goes into the Home video tape and not the house mic. lol just the best milling around and bump into things match hour is up and a Standing O is for everyone. Joey Styles: "This is the wildest thing I ever seen, and last week I saw a Guy levitate to the ceiling.: Alla Taker's "Death" at Royal Rumble 94 Public Enemy before their cooler theme in 95....and hell they both look lean back then.... oh look its DOA....or the BLU Brothers...or the Harris Brothers... wait they are the Harris brothers the Bruise Brothers nevermind. and AXL and IAN Rotten still Bad Blood.. Axl Bustin out the Bionic Elbow some 8 years prior to Bubba using it .... hmmm forgot about Dusty didn't I.. and Hack Myers unloading on Axl a year before he get the SHAH chant after each shot. Ian comes in with a Northern Lights Suplex.....or rather a good effort attempt at a Northern Lights. Double arm DDT by Ian to Hack... Axl back in who brawls Hack up and down... Double noggin knocker. and a Double team... Inverted Atomic Drop/Flying Bulldog Combo. Bad Blood wins Rocken Rebel and Hack Myers going at it. ECW TV CHAMPIONSHIP Chad Austin vs Mikey Whipwreck © hell the Belt is nearly falling off of Mikey Out comes Jason Knight... before he was useless...Now he is only a somewhat decent heel Wrestler/manager Where do you get those Dragon shirts Mikey is wearing these days? Chad Austin catches whipwreck in mid Leap frog and turns it into a sorta one arm Powerbomb thingie. Nice arm wringer flip and hiptoss combo between Austin & Whipwreck (That sounds so Weird) Austin misses something flying into the corner and falls out to the floor. Mikey chasing Austin around the outside of the ring. Brainbuster by Austin but Chad picks up Whipwreck before the three.. Sunset flip by Mikey...1...2...kickout armbar by Whipwreck a 360 Backdrop by Mikey... Rest hold rear chinlock by Mikey.... Chad fights out of it...then Powerbombs Mikey... Chad covers 1........2.....Chad lets him up again. Chad goes for a second Powerbomb, but Mikey busts out the first "Franken mikey" as Joey starts calling it.. 1.......2 1/2 kickout by Austin Jason Nails Mikey on the outside.... then Chairshots him. Chad takes back over and goes up top with Mikey in the ring... Mikey catches him coming off and Hits a Rolling necksnap! 1.......2....and No Austin kicks out. Austin tries a Frankensteiner but Mikey Powerbombs him 1.....2....no Mikey to the top turnbuckle High Cross body 1......2....No Chad throws him back to the floor. Jason gets Mikey and GOURDBUSTER onto the Ringside table. Joey letting everyone know how he likes Jason heh Austin with a Slingshot Gourdbuster on Mikey in the ring. Chad going to the top... Top rope Legdrop! 1.......2.......3 Chad Austin the new ECW TV CHAMP...woo hoo I see great things for him in the future....... for McDonalds. Chad then says that he used Brass knuckles in Mikey the Ref reverses the decision giving the belt back to Mikey Jason and Chad just BEATS down Mikey. I see alot of point in doing all that don't you?? Stevie Richards vs Tommy Dreamer Steven comes out with Angel (the female one) and here comes Tommy Dreamer shirtless with suspenders... TRIVIA for you all... Steven Richards was one half of the first match ever done at Eastern Championship Wrestling in 91. this is Pre Raven match so... Stevie doesn't look like such a moron as he will in what 8 months from Heatwave? Now Dreamer is Jawing with Stevie as the bell rings. Stevie unloads on Tommy but Dreamer throws him off from the corner. Dreamer low blows him and hits a Flying body press 1......2...Richards kick out. Dreamer Suplexs Richards down. now a Armbar on Richards. Dreamer knocks down Stevie, then Hiptoss and Snapmares him. Stevie battles back but Dreamer just slugs him down. Back to a Armbar on Richards. Richards goes for a Sunset flip, but Dreamer sits down on him for the 2 count. Dreamer knocks Richards out to the floor with a Back elbow against the ropes. They are taking it to the floor BAH GAWD im shocked...Wait wrong promotion. I'll not bore you with the outside antics. Back into the ring they go.... Running Neckbreaker on Richards. Dreamer picks him up and Knife edges him in the corner. Dreamer whips Richards into the corner, but Richards catches him with a Savate kick as Dreamer runs in.. Stevie with a Inverted Atomic Drop, a Superkick, and a Dropkick knocking Dreamer down. Stevie with some abstract rope choking on Dreamer. Now Angel choking dreamer on the ropes. Stevie now with his own chops. Stevie whips him to the far ropes but Dreamer catches him. Dreamer with a belly to belly and a legdrop 1......2..Richards kick out. Double clothesline knocks both future rivals down. Dreamer with a Bodyslam.. Dreamer misses a Splash and Stevie gets up. Stevie to the top... and Hits a Lawler size Flying Fist drop.. cover 1......2...and NO Stevie goes to the ropes telegraphing another Fistdrop, but Dreamer catches Stevie with His Sleeper hold at the time "THE DREAM WEAVER" and Richards goes out like this was old school wrasslin... Dreamer wins... Dreamer trash talks Angel and throws Richards at her to the floor. dreamer calls Shane Douglas a no good piece of Pittsburg SHIT Shane and Mr. Hughes comes out. Mr. Hughes goes into the ring and Dreamer attacks him. Hughes Beating Down Dreamer .... as the bell rings for a second match. Dreamer catches Hughes with a boot, but Hughes No sells it and continues to Maul Dreamer. Dreamer fightign back and then goes after Shane but Hughes nails him. Headbutt by the Roughneck... Hughes Measures a right hand. Dreamer tries a cross body but Hughes catches him with a Backbreaker.... Dreamer low blows Hughes and dropkicks him Dreamer hiptoss him...Dreamer tries to suplex him, but Hughes shrugs him off. Dreamer fights back and Slaps on his Sleeper hold... Hughes shoves him off... Dreamer goes to the ropes, takes a Chairshot to the back of his by Douglas and Hughes Bossman SLAMS Dreamer down for the 1.....2.....3! Shane cuts a promo for Ange wanting her to join them. Douglas Bashes Hogan and Flair hehe as Hughes stomps down on Dreamer Shane Leaves with Angel and Hughes NEXT PITBULLS vs the TAZMANIAC and a Mystery Partner... Pitbulls Theme soo fits them. Who knew that in 9 Years Taz would become the most dangerous wrestler on the planet into a Pudgey little Company man announcer on Smackdown? Anyway here comes Taz out alone..... and Throws a Camera man away... Tod Gordon says that the match is postponed cuz Taz don't got a partner... But the Pitbulls don't care and double team Taz. and beat him down with Chains... Pitbulls Double team the shit out of Taz as Mr. Hughes blocks the ramp beating down various wrestlers trying to come in to help. the rest of Jason's stable also beating on whomever comes down. Flying elbow drop by Pitbull 2 onto Taz.... Here comes 911 911 gets in Hughes face and the two big men go at it. Hughes, Rocken Rebel and Chad Austin triple team 911 on the outside. as the Pitbulls just makes Taz Pay his dues. Hughes just beating 911 down with a Chair as he walks away big and mean... still double team going on in the ring. Taz Fights back and HERE COMES SABU!!! the bell rings Pitbulls throws Sabu and Taz into each other, but they trade goofie Gimmick stances and attack again. Sabu hits a springboard Rana onto pitbull 2 on the Outside as Taz NAILS Pitbull 1 with a Half nelson Suplex and Pins him 1....2.....3 Taz & Sabu wins Taz walks around the ring like a jungle beast from...the red hook section of Brookyn NY Sandman vs Tommy Cairo Singapore Cane match This is Pre Enter the Sandman Theme for Sandman... Sandman is with Woman this time round... Here comes Tommy Cairo with Peaches... where is Cairo anyway??? Not the one in Egypt.. Cairo going around the ring as Sandman takes Pot shots with the cane. Now they are both in the ring...and both armed with canes.... and the announcer has to announce them a second time round. Sandman stalling as he tries to go after peaches with the cane. I'll just wait till the stalling stops....... Ok the bell rings.... Sandman dives in and Cairo Canes his back makinghim drop down. Sandman back in and Cairo nails Sandman again with more caneshots. Sandman Bails again. Sandman back in again and misses a charge and Cairo Canes him from gut to back knocking him back outside...Sandman loses his shirt. Now they are fighting on the floor and the two Trade Caneshots... more stalling..... Cairo now back in with Sandman... Sandman tries to go for the legs, but Cairo unloads with half dozen Cane shots and another half dozen shots to the head shoulder body and Sandman is out. now the two Cane each other on the floor. its a Pointless Cane brawl outside... Back in we go..Sandman stalls some... and the two resume to Caneshot, Sandman gets the upperhand, then Cairo comes back and Canes the shit out of Sandman Who's back is now welted and is bleeding from the head and arm. More stalling outside............ Sandman and woman plottin outside, Cairo takes a swipe at both of them. Sandman back in the ring and two again fire cane shots back and forth and Sandman goes out again! Cairo would be ahead on points...if they did points that is. Now the two resume the fight outside no wait back in the ring. Cairo goes up top and misses with some kind of Somersault move.. Sandman now got the upperhand and is Beating the shit out of him. Now both men Cane back and forth again. Both men bleeding take Stereo headshots... peaches threatens Woman with a cane in the ring... SHe accidently knocks down the ref.. Its SABU vs Shane Douglas for the ECW World Championship Sabu comes out with 911 and Heyman... Shane Douglas comes out with Hughes and Angel.. Sabu and Douglas circles each other. nice little single leg trip by Douglas gets kicked off quick. Shane gets Sabu in a front facelock.. Douglas unloads on Sabu in the corner. Sabu goes out and Shane Stomps him from the apron and nails a flying elbow smash. Douglas throws him back in and goes up top and hits a Double ax handle. cover 1.......2..and No cover again 1.......2...no Front face lock again by Douglas. Sabu beats his way out of the hold... Shane goes for a bAck suplex but Sabu flips out of it.. Shane grabs him again but Sabu rolls him up for the 1....2 no. Shane nails Sabu with a Hanging Suplex. Figure four headscissors on Sabu.. Heyman Slapping the mat SA BU SA BU! Sabu gets out of it and Douglas clotheslines him down cover 1........2..and 21/2 cover 1.........2.. kickout Side Backbreaker by Douglas. Shane Douglas slaps on the Camel clutch on Sabu.... Da Bastage! Sabu refuses to give here of course.. Sabu fights back and Nails a Liger bomb! 1......2 kickout.. Shane rolls to the floor. Sabu going out after him. Sabu got a chair... CHAIRSHOT Douglas stubmling away. Sabu sits Shane in the chair goes back into the ring..... through the rope TOPE NAILING Douglas through the chair and into the Guard rail! E C DUB! wait im a year off... Sabu rolls back into the ring with the Chair, Douglas is still out there somewheres. Douglas comes back in and takes a chairshot to the gut. and again..and again.....how redundant Sabu just throws the chair at him..gets a fresh Chair..and Poetry in um No ... AIR SABU! misses Damn! Shane taking over and Atomic Drops Sabu into the Chair! Douglas with a Bodyslam..he goes to the apron... Slingshot Splash! 1......2...kickout. Douglas Sets up Sabu...a NWA Style Piledriver ! he covers 1......2...Sabu kicks out. Cover again 1.....2 kick out again. Shane whips him into teh ropes, Sabu leaps to the ropes and springboards back with some kind of Half ass Attempt of a move.. He tries a Slingshot Somersault but Misses. Shane rolls him up 1.......2.....Sabu kicks out. Now the ever restful rear chinlock on Sabu. Sabu fights out of it Tries a Rana, but Douglas Nails him with a Powerbomb... Shane up top hits a Flying elbow... Douglas now locks in a Half crab on Sabu... he then Wraps around and Locks in a STF!!! Shane breaks the Hold... as 911 and Hughes jaw at each other on the apron. Sabu fights out of the hold and goes up top...Flying Spinning heel kick!!! Douglas falls to the floor. Sabu goes for a Asai Moonsault but Douglas dives out of the way... Sabu catches himself how ever, then runs along the apron and Nails Douglas with a flying Somersault into the guard rail... Sabu with a Dropkick Chairshot into Douglas's face! Sabu throws Douglas into the Crowd...then Leaps off the Guard rail onto Douglas...and is lost in the crowd...... i'll not bore you with the abstract across the arena brawling... More abstract arena brawling....... Sabu nails Douglas into a table head first and throws him back into the ring. Douglas hits a chincrusher on Sabu. Douglas now unloads on Sabu in the corner. Sabu fights back. Douglas fights back again. Shane misses a flying body block in the corner and...YES falls outside. Shane leans against the table...Sabu tries an Asai Moonsault onto Douglas, but Douglas dodges it and Sabu FLIES against the table. and falls to the floor. Douglas forces the ref to count Sabu out.. Sabu it out as 911 and Heyman is checking on him. Douglas yells at the ref to count him out! and the bell rings Hughes goes into the ring... Heyman tries to Phone him but Hughes no Sells it... and beats down Heyman... Here Comes 911! 911 Chokeslams the Ref...Chokeslams Douglas...and its Hughes vs 911 Uh oh Hughes took off his glasses down goes the suspenders Its on now.... Hughes and 911 goes choke to choke but 911 wins and CHOKESLAMS the Bossman wannabe! here comes Angel... 911 asking the crowd and yes...... 911 Chokeslams her too... Main event time.. its Barbwire tag team match Funks vs Public enemy FMW style match so says Joey Styles the Public enemy is standing atop the eagles nest pitching chairs at the Funks below them... oye lets fast forward... Oh wait Terry on the mic jawing at them to come down... well lets fast forward anyway.. now they are in the ring and they are brawling away.... Funk and Hoodie exchanging bodyslams on their partners... Funks take over and knock the Public enemy into each other... The Funks whip Rocco into the wire, but he baseball slides his way under them. And....they are brawling on the outside. The battle goes back into the ring...as Rocco forces Funk into the barbwire, Terry frees himself and throws rocco into the wire... and now is GRATING his face into the wire! Battle rages on to the floor..then back in as Johnny tangles Terry in the wire now... ewww disgusting... Terry is bleeding Rocco is bleeding... Johnny is bleeding... Johnny stomping away at Terry as Rocco on the outside ties him up further in the wire. All four men brawling in the ring. as Dory Boot shot Johnny off of Terry. Terry throws Rocco rock headfirst in the wire... Roco is now tangled. as well as grundge as the Funk Brothers double teaming on Grunge in the wire. Terry Calls for the Chairs and CHAIRS fly into the ring by the Dozens by the loyal fans!!! Terry Piledrivers Grunge into the Chairs.. as the Announcers warns the match will stop unless the chair throwing stops! Rocco goes out of the building and the Funks goes after him till they come back into the arena. Rocco rolls back into the ring Dory Nails him with a Trash Can. over and over and hits the REF too... Johnny tries to intervine and Dory Nails him and Chairshots him! and then Rocco.... Dory is as crazy as Terry!!! Johnny Nailing Dory with Wire cutters!!! Terry now tied in the Wire as the Public Enemy unloads on both. PE now totally wrapped Terry in the wire... they cover 1......2.....3 PE wins and retains the ECW Tag team titles... After the match brawlings as Terry Funk gets up still wrapped in wire beats on Johnny with Dory. Terry Calls for MORE chairs and HERE they come! well that ends that... During one of the matches where I think Dreamer got bloody thanks to Snuka.......
