True, but wasn't that revealed in an interview in late '96/early '97 with Lawler? The first gay instances happened with Razor, and then Marlena debuted at the 1996 Royal Rumble. Even after the Rumble, Goldust seemed gay, especially when he gave Ahmed mouth-to-mouth.

Anyway, I picked L&L, as they were my favourite tag-team for about a year there. Also, they're probably the only ones to get shut down by GLAAD...

 

B&C, on the other hand, got GLAAD's support AND went to RAW instead of the house show I was at on 16 September 2002. That made me sad. I want to see RICO~
