Wouldn't Shock me if Vince wants "21" to be RISQUE in VEGAS... I just want an OUTDOOR venue.... Which cancels out Great American...It doesn't have retractable room and it rains like a mother in Cincy... Would an INTERNATIONAL Mania be out of the Question? WM21 in Toyko? (What time is it in Toyko at 7 American?) Didn't PPV's used to start at 4 P.M in the old days?

Mania XX - Madison Square Garden. (confirmed) Summerslam 2004 - Skydome (confirmed). ...in my eyes - Mania XXI - Ford Field/Bank One. Summerslam 2005 - Alamodome/Astrodome.

TWA is a good selection, while Georgia Dome is a bit unlikely to get the "Big Two". A few Rumbles and Survivor Series there, perhaps? I'd rather WMXXI be in an more EXOTIC and unconventional location the a MLB stadium... The awesomeness of SafeCo/Astrodome begs to differ, though. As asked earlier, the "exotic" Mania would not work, if only for the time difference and the requirement that the show be pre-taped ala Summerslam 1992. Why BankOne? If Vince wanted to do another mania at the Silverdome he might be forced to do it for WM 21, since if it hasn't been torn down yet I can't imagine them taking 5 years (since Ford Field opened) to do so. And, I know that the All Star Game, which started at 8pm (give or take) was on at 9 am in the morning in Japan (it was watched by more people in Japan than in the US) I doubt Vince would do a tape delayed PPV in the internet age although 12 hours might be too short of time to ruin it via the net. I can't see them not doing big Domed venues for Wrestlemania. When did Summerslam become the BIG PPV of the year? Its always been no more than #2..
