Was renting videos and they were all out of "Phone Booth" so I just grabbed one real quick and it happened to be Kangaroo Jack. It was so funny! Well, funnier than I expected anyway. And for those of you who are into blondes, Estella Warren is gorgeous and sexy in the move.... Jerry O'Connell is more my flavor though . Just wondering what other people thought about it.

Hell, after seeing its preview this movie HAS to be funnier that what I am expecting this hunk of steaming crap to be.

 

And how dare they tinker with one of the greatest songs of all time -- Rapper's Delight....

I haven't seen it. But I don't think the previews have ever made a movie look worse. I pointed at the screen and said "This is what's wrong with America." I do plan to see it though, because I like seeing if I'm right or not when I make judgements like that. I'm waiting until it shows up on one of the movie channels, but who knows... maybe I'll be surprised.

I suppose my opinion isn't totally valid, as I've only seen the trailers. However, from what I have seen it easily looks like the worst film of the year, and one of the worst of all time.

The movie is actually much different than the trailers. I think marketing did a bad job promoting the movie. I mean, it isn't the funniest I've seen, but not the worst either. And judging from the expectations of a crappy movie... I think it is a pleasant suprise. A good rental... though I probably would have been upset if I spent $9 to see it in the theater.

Kangaroo Jack never talks in it, except for a 3 minute dream.

 

Better than expected, but only worth one watch.
