Mountie Lost...and Scott Hall (pre fame) was another convict in the cell and he did stuff to Mountie and Boss Man tauted him and shit... Also...Hall was an INMATE at the Pysch Ward when Flair was admited in the chaotic Flair President of WCW era... What was said? Um...Likely "YOUR GONNA SERVE HARD TIME PUNK!"
