Guest Longdogger_Pete Report post Posted July 23, 2003 SJL WRATH CARD Due Date: Sunday, July 27, 2003, @ 6:00 PM EDT Venue: Corel Centre, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The Canadian Tour makes its way eastward. Send Promos & Marked Matches To: Thoth And now, JL'ers, for a brief introduction to your new commentators! "Judge Mental" William Hearford - A submission artistin the WF, Judge is an impeccible wrestler beyond his age-diminished athletic skills. A heel, and tag team partner of Ejiro Fasaki (Justice and Rule), he plays the role of play-by-play man. Albeit with a condescending touch on his alalysis. Judge is level headed, and although he favours the heels somewhat, he's usually relatively unbaised unless prodded by Ejiro. Ejiro Fasaki - Much like Judge, Ejiro is a submission specialist in the WF. However, unlike his partner, he's brash, outgoing, loud, pompus, arrogant, ignorant, and obnoxious. He'll favour the heel under the most ridiculous circumstances you can imagine. Tag team partner of Judge, as noted, the both of them will occasionally get buddy-buddy in their commentary at times. This, however, is counteracted by... Annie Eclectic - Talk about your weird 3rd wheels. Annie is the face on the commentary team, but will only go as far in support of the faces in a given match as Ejiro will. More or less as a countermeasure that really annoys Fasaki. Annie also has loopy wit, so a lot of what she says is silly and unpredictable. And just because she wanted me to have this in bold: Annie is a lesbian. So she'll be drooling over your valet before you. If you need any clarification or help on the characters, refer to any of their old promos, or PM them: Judge (Powerplay), Annie (Annie_Eclectic), Ejiro (Goodear). And now, THE CARD: OPENING PROMO - Commissioner Chris Raynor Description: Our commish was furious that Charlie Matthews retained the SJL World Championship yet again on Metal, and now he's got something to say about it! N00BIE MATCH Hybrid vs. Landon "La Cucaracha" Maddix Description: Two new workers debut this week on Wrath. Let's see how they do! Rules: Standard singles match. Word Limit: 3000 Send To: WrestlingDeacon #1 CONTENDERSHIP - SJL TELEVISION TITLE Jay Morrison vs. Jimmy "The Demon" Liston Description: Jay Morrison looked good in his debut match on Metal despite falling short against Tommy Nguyen. But alas, Nguyen asked for a show off, so Morrison has a big chance here. The winner here could be the next to see Television gold. Rules: Standard singles match. Word Limit: 3500 Send To: Kibagami SJL TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP Todd Royal © vs. Craig McLennan Description: TODD DAMN! Royal is our new TV champ! These TV title guys never get any rest. Todd is already defending it here on Wrath. Good luck! Rules: Standard singles match. Word Limit: 4000 Send To: Tod deKindes TAG MATCH Tim Dillon & Danny Conklin vs. Dominic Korgath & English Dragon Description: Well, the Fighting Irish (hey, there's an idea) decided to form an alliance on Metal to take on the power-hungry Urban Decay. So we'll see how they do here against two members of that team, Dominic Korgath and English Dragon. Rules: Standard tag team rules apply. Word Limit: 4500 Send To: Powerplay HARRD KORR MATCH Viktor Tarakanov vs. Leo Breslin Description: (insert witty commentary here!) Rules: DQ and countout rules are not in effect. Falls count anywhere. Word Limit: 4500 Send To: Thoth SJL EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP Bloodshed © vs. Scott Solomon Description: Bloodshed surprised the world with a European title win on Metal. Urban Decay member Scott Solomon immediately approached Commissioner Raynor for a rematch, which Raynor would have been happy to grant even without Solomon's automatic rematch clause. Rules: Standard singles match. Word Limit: 5000 Send To: realitycheck Say, this card seems to be missing a few people. Hmm, I wonder if there are any other matches that I may have forgotten to announce?
Guest Goose749 Report post Posted July 23, 2003 nice card... except that I should still be on the inactive roster. I said I wasn't going to be able to write a match for a while. Internet connectivity on vacation is not a guaranteed thing. ...unless this was intended to be an easy win for Morrison
Guest Longdogger_Pete Report post Posted July 23, 2003 Sorry, Liston. Since you had promoed on the last show, we weren't sure if you were back or not. I was a little short on workers this week and so I threw you in there. So, write if you can; and if not, no big deal.

Noe of course if any sinister or evil heels want to be the fifth person to use SJL Gothic Diva, easiest lay since loctite flooring and 7th dan master of low blows Natasha, former manager of Chris Card, Crow, Dace and Spike Jenkins, ask me! It gives possibility for fun stuff with Annie. Natasha is very bisexual
Guest Dace59 Report post Posted July 23, 2003 (edited) Also, I figure anyone writing Annie as anything less than a total lesbian will have her come round to their place, cut their balls off, liquidise them and feed them to you. Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted July 23, 2003 And the Memphis Eel gets disrespected again. He was the perfect choice for a color commentator. The people wanted it, the people demanded it. He's the people's color commentator. :Memphis Eel sets up commentator's table off to the side with Dr. Death Steve Williams for Wrath.:
Guest Insanityman Report post Posted July 23, 2003 ...That is going to be the most odd commentary team to write. Ever. I was a huge advocate for the switching teams, are these temporary on a show rotation- or will we be stuck with them for a while? ...We should of have had Riley and Annie. Anyway, great card and good luck to all.

Ideally, it would have been on Crimson, but, like I said, internet connnectivity is an uncertainty. Regardless, I'll see what I can do.

Guest Goodear Report post Posted July 24, 2003 Still, enjoy the feeling of perhaps one time haveing Ejiro say the words, "He's GRAPPTACULAR!"
