Do you think Hall, Nash, and X-Pac should be fired, simply because they... well... suck!?

I think that HHH is the only reason for them ever being re-employed...especially X-Pac, who has been worthless ever since turning on Kane.  If anyone else was in X-Pac's position, they definitely would not be on TV, they would be lucky to even be in OVW

Forgot about Billy Gunn & Test, sorry...

If wrestlers in the WWF were fired based upon how much they suck, then the WWF would probably have a very small roster.

Hogan sucks too, but he can draw a crowd.  So can Hall, Nash, and X-Pac (to an extent).

As long as the WWF are making money off of those 4, they'll have to do something very heinous to get fired.

of course. I don't think they bring anything positive to the table and it's evident their best days are behind them. If none of them appeared on tv again I wouldn't miss them. I didn't miss Hall and Nash when they left WCW. I didn't miss Xpac when he got injured. Good riddance to ALL of them.

I think they should keep them simply for nostalgia's sake, like Flair. But I'm sorry, I've always hated X-Pac with a passion. Remember the old addage, "X-Pac doesn't lose singles matches." I wonder who's bright idea it was to give him a pretty much perfect record over the last 3 years? Must be blowing somebody.

The only reason X Pac is in the nWo is so he can be "the one who gets pinned" in their weekly 6 man tag matches, oh yeah, he also takes the average age of the original WWF nWo down from 45.3 to 39 (by my rough estimates anyway ;) )

But in fairness to him, he does get crowd heat. Go away heat maybe but it's more than Razor and Nash get, people can't be bothered to chant ANYTHING for them..

He's also a decent wrestler who is capable of wrestling enjoyable matches with the right person/people.

Yes, yes, yes to all three of them. And Hogan should be kept around for another 6 months at the absolute most.

Yes, they should be fired. But to the person who said X-Pac barely lowers the age, I don't think he's 30 yet...

Um, what the f*ck?

If lowering ratings, gates and backstage morale is money making, i wanna start a business.

The nWo have raised the ratings.  The first week they came back the ratings jumped to a 4.3 (or was it 4.5) and thanks to Hogan's Wrestlemania match Raw jumped to a 5.2, and the Rock/Hogan Vs Nash/Hall overtime match drew a 5.7.

the attempted murder of rock only drew like 3.4.

If they fired them tomorrow it'd be an idiotic move, but i wouldn't have hired them in the first place. I think x pac is worth it, but he sucked for the last few months cos he was wrestling cruisers. He works better against bigger guys. no he's swept the LHW belt under the rug he might have some decent singles outings.

HOGAN is bringing in ratings after the rave reviews his Wrestlemania match brought in.  However, the other three nWo guys are just along for the ride and will get the blame whenever the ratings drop back down to the low 4's.

Ugh... I just talked up how Hogan is still drawing.  I feel so dirty.

I like Hall, dump the rest.  They need to let Hall either be more like Razor Ramon/Scott Hall circa 96 when he was more aggressive and he would cut funny promos (He was pretty drunk at that time, so they shouldn't brign that aspect back obviously).  X Pac is s decent yet inexciting worker IMO, Nash is well Nash, he sucks, and Hogan is bringing the #s right now so dumping him doesn't make sense.

Ahhh... poor X-Pac.  Don't get rid of X-Pac (although if thats what it takes to get rid of Hall/Nash, I guess its OK).  You can get rid of the rest (including Hogan), especially now that Hogan vs. Rock is done for the nostalgia pop.  Nostalgia is cool, but its only cool because of how you remember or connect to how something was, and is totally ruined when said nostalgic memory comes back and shows how bad it really is, brother... anyway, wouldn't it be interesting if in the storylines Flair only brought the nWo to RAW so he could fire them, and they could stay off TV in real life too?

Blech, let me clarify my terribly-worded post and get more to the point.  X-Pac is OK, not great, but he's not as bad as Hall & Nash.  Since he just got put in nWo (and yes, he was basically just put there so he could get pinned, and possibly rehash his only popular character, his DX character), don't put him in with those terrible three saying he needs to be fired just yet.  He hasn't done anything yet, give him another chance.

Although the whole "locker room poison" argument is nice and everything, the only one who I think has even came close to justifying termination is Scott Hall, for showing up to Wrestlemania not at 100% from being hung over.  Hall's problems are well known and they should have kept him on a very short leash, zero tolerance - instead, they let him come into Toronto as a mess and the message was sent to everybody.  Just think about whether we'd be disputing the Austin situation if the WWF would have just fired Hall on the spot and went with the alternative plan of having Nash in there instead.

I understand where some of you guys are coming from, but the wwf needs these guys. RAW needs all the help it can get. BTW, I never saw anywhere that Hall showed up drunk here in Toronto and I live here. Just saying internet rumours. You know I was watching a tape I have from April-May 1997 wwf and boy believe me the wwf was GARBAGE compared to what it is now. The only redeeming thing was Bret turning heel and Austin at his peak performance as a tweener. Everything is pretty damn boring from LOD vs. NOD and Owen/Bulldog vs. Headbangers and stuff. While, the nitro and wcw stuff is much more exciting although lead shortly to stupid crap like nWo hollywood vs. nWo wolfpack. Hogan/Nash tease was pretty interesting then. The crowd wanted to cheer Hogan.

Doesn't anyone else think Hall can do something decent? He looks in very good shape, and has looked ok in his matches, although certainly rusty. He's been selling great anyway..

I think they should have Hall and Nash use their finishers more often .. though I suppose that would involve them being treated as something other than jobbers who get beat up in handicap matches..

I believe it was the Observer that said that.
