Guest The Last Free Voice Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Tonight should be good. DLo and AJ can deliver, but i don't know about the rest fo the card.
Guest bob_barron Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Jesus Christ- Can this promotion book a CLEAN finish in their title matches?
Guest Askewniverse Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Jesus Christ- Can this promotion book a CLEAN finish in their title matches? Not as long as Russo is still around.
Guest mickberna Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Mad Mikey... HE'S MAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!!!!
ChrisMWaters Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Hehe...I like this ring name for the Ex-Crash.
Guest Askewniverse Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Since when is Jeff Jarrett a folk hero?
Guest bob_barron Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Handicap matches have no place on PPV
Guest tpww7 Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Well....I was gonna get the show until I fell asleep...has it been good so far? I could always order the replay.
ChrisMWaters Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 ...Erik Watts the commish or whatever he is? ...okaaaaaaaaay....
Guest Askewniverse Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Yeah, it's not that great. It turns out that Erik Watts is the new figurehead, so I guess that the "Eric" he has been talking about is himself.
Guest mickberna Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 The show has been pretty sucky. The ladder match between Styles and D-Lo has been pretty good so far, though.
Guest bort Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 its good as long as it keeps watts out of the ring
Guest mickberna Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Holy fucking SHIT. Great spot, followed by worst spot ever!
syxx2001 Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 He wont last. Its common wrestling booking. Book a cool guy as a figurehead, have him get his ass beat, he turns into the big serious babyface underdog and gets over. Ive seen it alot of times. Or maybe thats my thinking.
Guest bob_barron Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Okay- this is the gayest ending ever
Guest mickberna Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Okay- this is the gayest ending ever Agreed. What a waste of a ladder match.
Guest BoboBrazil Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 The ending didn't make any sense. I thought they belt would have been held up or the match would have continued. Erik Watts as commissioner sucks too, even though I should have known that would have happened. The show was alright overall.
Guest Nanks Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Boy, how this show has fallen. The thread doesn't even make 2 pages by the end of the show.
Guest bob_barron Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 WHO BOOKS A LADDER MATCH- TO END IN A FUCKING DRAW?????? God this company gives me a headache
Guest Lightning Flik Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 WHO BOOKS A LADDER MATCH- TO END IN A FUCKING DRAW?????? God this company gives me a headache ...is that even possible?
Guest bob_barron Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Both guys climbed, grabbed the belt and then fell
Guest Lightning Flik Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Both guys climbed, grabbed the belt and then fell oh... Still though... That's weird. Please don't let this lead to "Co-World Champions". Because that would then suck ass.
Guest bob_barron Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 Nah- In the end tie went to the champion
Guest Raven_Effect01 Posted July 24, 2003 Report Posted July 24, 2003 And the battle for which promotion can book the most stupidity between WWE and NWA-TNA begins.
