Through medical examination it was determined that a case could be filed.

We also know that she busted her boyfriend cheating on her and her friend dies in an accident. More then one person has told the same story, more then once.

 

The campus police where she went to school says and I quote, "The girl was a danger to herself.” This was said about her before the stuff I named above happened.

 

We also know that there have been witnesses seeing the girl walking willingly into Kobe’s room.

But how does any of what Johnson said prove that she's a golddigger? Sure, it calls into question her character, but none of that proves Johnson's assertions.

 

If anything, the reports I've read all along state that she doesn't want Kobe's money… only for him to go to jail. How that benefits her financially I have no idea. Perhaps in the civil trial that might come up should Kobe be exonerated of the rape charge, she might go after fiduciary compensation. But until then, everything we've been hearing about her has no bearing on what her intentions are as regards to the rape case.
