Were you there? Can you prove that the other "witnesses" saw what they said they saw? Can you prove that their biased side of the argument is completely true, beyond a shadow of a doubt? Can you prove that these supposed witnesses didn't corroborate behind the scenes in order to ensure an aquittal?

The only thing you can prove is that she has a shaky past. In effect, that logic states that half of the world lies constantly, doesn't it? Unless you can prove that she was coked up, drugged up, or drunk when this event took place (which is unlikely to be proven anyway), you absolutely cannot assert that she's not a credible witness (unless, as I suspect, you're a biased partisan). She has as much credibility, therefore, as anyone else in the world. Who are you to judge her?

For every report that she went to Kobe's room on free will, there is a report that says it was time for her to get off, Kobe ordered something and she took it to the room. Two differing opinions negating the FACT that you stand by.

 

BTW, if a girl on her own free will gets into a car with her boyfriend and is raped, would you come up with the same conclusion. Entering the room is no way to prove the sex to be consensual or not. If you think that entering someones room is a yes to sex, I suggest letting every woman you know this. They might not know what they are getting into.
