Art barr

Alright, I've heard of Art Barr as well as read about him in Tributes.  However, I've never seen Art Barr in action.  How cool was he?  Did Eddie steal alot of Barr's schtik?  Some of the pics I have seen make him look like a great cocky heel.  How was his in ring work as well?  Thanks.

Well, I've only seen one match from his career, but it may very well have been his best match since it was really amazing. The match in question was the famous one with him and Eddy Vs. Octagon and El Hijo Del Santo. If I were to judge from that match alone, I'd say that Barr was a world class worker and one hell of a cocky heel indeed, as he ruled in that match. I'm not sure how much of Eddy's act was taken from him, but Barr did hit a frogsplash in that match that was better than I've ever seen Eddy do it, so there you go.

Art Barrr was such an awesome heel. He was such an American prick. I think Barr and Eddie worked off each other more than actually stealing each other's stuff.

Eddy was the better worker, but Art Barr was just THE best heel/rudo you will EVER see.

I think Eddie picked up the Frog Splash as a tribute to his friend, correct?

I'm not entirely sure, but I think they might have both used frogsplashes when they were in AAA.  If not, and if it's true that Eddy did make it a tribute to Art, that's some damn fine work.
