Guest BAR Report post Posted July 28, 2003 Well, Piper was the IC champ from like Jan to Mar '92 and we seen bad blood with him and Flair in the Rumble. cawthon777 0 Report post Posted July 28, 2003 They traded cage victories between January and March. When it was non-title (meaning Flair's belt wasn't on the line), Piper would win.
