As Clint Eastwoods character in "Unforgiven" said, "Deserves got nothing to do with it."  I have nothing personal agains D_Lo but he did severly injure a co-worker and as the post states, who would you fire? The mere fact he is currently not in the WWF means a lot, as he is in a farm league.  If his coworkers are wary of working with him and dont trust him, then he hurts the company more than helps.  Just my opinion and I feel for the guy, but he is still fired!!!

I'd bet he would have been up sooner...but the roster was overcrowded since INVASION...and since the split has been inevitable for months...everyone stayed off tv.

I personally wouldn't have a problem if D-Lo stopped doing the move after Droz. Of course, he continued and almost killed GMS at Rumble 2000
