Guest Steviekick Report post Posted July 31, 2003 That sounds like its going to be an awesome show. I've never seen Fetus, but I saw Skinless last fall while they were on tour with Six Feet Under. Guest NoCalMike Report post Posted July 31, 2003 I am not sure how it is "attention seeking" I mean a name like that will just about gurantee you aren't getting played on any radio station, even if the music was nu-metal. Most name coincide with the themes in the lyrics and songs. Just like if you don't like the music, the name doesn't mean shit. "Backstreet Boys" made me go "huh?" when I first heard it. After all, they have to make money and sell records somehow, and death metal isn't exactly commercial radio's favorite genre. Names like Dying Fetus will ensure that they'll at least get noticed.
