# WWE will be releasing a Brock Lesnar: Here Comes the Pain DVD on August 12th.

# There is a strong possibility that The Rock will be appearing on tomorrow night's RAW, since it takes place in Vancouver, which is where he's filming his new movie "Walking Tall". However, since WWE never acknowledged his appearing on the show, it still isn't 100% confirmed that he'll be there. Of course, The Rock was also scheduled for RAW two weeks ago, but he wasn't able to be there due to his filming schedule. I guess we'll just have to wait until tomorrow night and see what happens.

# WWE is blaming the low attendance at the Summer Slam press conference that featured the announcement of Triple H vs. Goldberg as the show's main event, due to the fact that it took place on the same day that Saddam Hussein's sons were killed.

# Despite being injured, Triple H should still be at Monday's RAW. He is not expected to wrestle, however, since the plan is to keep him out of the ring until the Summer Slam PPV.

# Bret Hart will be doing voice-overs for the new cartoon "Jacob Two-Two", which will premiere in Canada on 8/7 on YTV at 11:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

# Harry Smith, the son of the late "British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith, will receive dark match tryouts before Monday's RAW in Vancouver and at Tuesday's Smackdown taping in Kelowna.

# There is a lot of talk within New Japan Pro Wrestling that Hulk Hogan will be brought in to work a Tokyo Dome show in the future, but Hogan's steep price may prevent that from happening.

# Vince McMahon and Zach Gowen practiced their match several times last week in Stamford so they'd be ready to go at Vengeance.

Harry Smith is a very good wrestler. He is awful young though so I don't really know where these tryouts will lead. Maybe they are just gonna get a gauge on where he's at right now.

I do remember reading a while ago, maybe after Bulldog died, that Vince would welcome Harry in to the company if he wanted to join them, but who knows anymore I guess.

1. I'm thinking this is a Fluff Piece akin to the one Rock had.

2. I'm praying for a Rock/Jericho segment...

3. Should've just said "Bad Weather" and no one would have bothered to check.

4. Ah Shit.

5. Don't care.

6. Good...

7. Japan and Hogan are perfect for each other

8. and THAT'S what we got?

They're going to be fucked whenever they no longer have the war to blame all of their failures on.

When I first read that, I glossed over the "a" to read, "WWE will be releasing Brock Lesnar" Shocking... for a second. Definitely too early to put out a Brock DVD. What can they put on that? HIAC vs. Taker, vs. Rock at Summerslam 2002, KOTR win, Royal Rumble, and WM XIX?

Okay, so Lesnar has a DVD covering just over a year of a professional career. No excuses for holding back on the Benoit compilation, guys.

1.) Dont' mind, they need some DVDs for Angle, Benoit, RVD, and Jericho though.

2.) Is also praying for a Rock appearance to make the Rock / Jericho SummerSlam match rumor a reality.

3.) How did fuck does the killing of Saddam's sons stop one from going to a WWE event?

4.) Figures.

5.) I'm glad he's doing something.

6.) I hope Vince doesn't fuck him over too.

7.) Why does Hogan have to be so fucking greedy? He's financially set last time I checked.

8.) I'm glad Vince won.

Ok, let me see if I can understand the logic behind this. The WWE's excuse for low attendance at the press conference isn't that the WWE is in a big slump right now or that 99% of the public didn't know about it, but that two Iraq leaders were killed on the same day. What the hell are they talking about? Were people gearing up to go to the press conference, but then saw the news and decided, "Hey, let's watch them talk about this on CNN for two hours."

15 years from now Vince will still be blaming this war for his poor business

I await for Vince to blame the decline of ratings/interest on the changing of the weather. "Dammit it rained today, what do you expect?! People dont' watch TV when it *rains*"
