A nice long stint in OVW where she can get some in-ring seasoning, and she should be fine. Considering all the hype surrounding her, she HAD to be a female Rey in order to justify it, and she was as green as pine tree in summer. I think she's cute, but that isn;t enough to put her over Molly, Trish, Jazz, Ivory and Victoria, who can work a match.

Yes, her skills have been underwhelming. But they made sure to put her in the maximum spotlight so everyone could see that, instead of working her in gradually with Molly or Victoria. I really can't get behind the idea of firing her while guys like Nash, Test,etc have jobs.

Management is more to blame than Kim's lack of wrestling prowess. The brass should have known that she wasn't ready, yet they pushed her to the moon, gave her the belt on her first night, and expected the fans to care about her out of nowhere. Now she's expected to be yet another heel in a division dominated by heels. I assume like others that this will herald Lita's return, but I cringe at the thought of this matchup. I mean, Kim's lack of experience coupled with Lita's lack of talent is likely to eclipse the Elimination Chamber's Suck Factor. (At least it will be kept short.) But I'd rather keep her low-key than fire her outright or even send her to OVW. The women's division needs fresh bodies, what with Jazz injured and Jacqueline useless. Besides, at least she can move faster than a sloth like Nash (who is now in the SS main event!), and is younger and has more upside than a hopeless heat sink like Test. I tell you, it gets harder and harder to even press Record on my VCR on Monday nights. Thank god for PlayStation2 and Picture-in-Picture technology.

As for Gail...I could see them turning her down the line, but they should've made more of an effort to establish her as Trish's ally if they wanted people to actually care about it. Like have Gail save Trish on Raw, next week Trish saves Gail, have them team again the week after that, and slowly build up the tension between the two so that when Gail turns it'll actually mean something. As far as sending her to OVW...I dunno. She's a little green, but they could keep her on Raw in some capacity...if only to add a little more depth to the Women's Division. You can only watch a Trish/Victoria match so many times before it starts getting old.

This of course is weird because for AGES Trish wore a long black coat with her hats that she steals from Randy Savage's closet, just like today but she would always keep it on the whole time.
