Guest J*ingus Report post Posted February 8, 2002 Dammit, I clicked on this all prepared to say Flair-Steamboat, Flair-Steamboat, and Flair-Steamboat. Well, I'd probably say the Dynamite Kid vs. Tiger Mask feud.
Guest Kagato Otaku Report post Posted February 8, 2002 Hmmm... Almost any tag match with Tully Blanchard & Arn Anderson or the Midnight Express (Lane/Eaton) Sting vs. Muta (GAB '89) Steamboat vs. Luger (GAB '89) Steamboat vs. Savage (WM 3) Hogan vs. Savage (WM 5)
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 8, 2002 Like Kagato, I'll say Arn & Tully & Midnight Express matches, if the squash matches. Sting vs. Muta - GAB '89 Hogan vs. Savage - WM 5 Luger vs. Steamboat - GAB '89 Funk vs. Steamboat - Clash of the Champions 7 There are probably more I can't remember. Guest Dark Lotus Report post Posted February 8, 2002 Can't include Flair? Bastard... Ok, then I'll go with Magnum TA vs. Tully Blanchard's I Quit match. That was friggin brutal.
Guest Don Fuji 2002 Report post Posted February 8, 2002 I would have to go with the Magnum - Tully I quit match as well. That is one of my top ten favorite matches ever
Guest ArkhamGlobe Report post Posted February 9, 2002 No Flair? Oh well, just pick a Tiger Mask vs Dynamite Kid match, then add in Savage vs Steamboat from WM III.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted February 9, 2002 Savage vs. Steamboat.

Guest ElLocoTas Report post Posted February 9, 2002 Dynamite Kid vs. Tiger Mask, 4/21/1983 Jaguar Yokota vs. Lioness Aska, 8/22/1985 Jumbo Tsuruta & Gen’ichiro Tenryu vs. Riki Choshu & Yoshi Yatsu, 1/28/1986
Guest Tim Cooke Report post Posted February 9, 2002 Jumbo Tsuruta v Genricho Tenyru (6/5/89) - the best match of 1989......that is also coming from Ric Flair fan #6. Great heat, great build, great drama, great moves....this match ran the gambit in terms of the Heavyweight Genre. Tsuruta/Tenyru v Choshu/Yatsu (1/28/86) - best tag match of the 1980's. A perfect build up over 2 previous match up's that takes us into the 1/28 match. Midnight Express v Fantastics (2/88; 3/27/88; 4/26/88) - the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th best tag matches of the 1980's as of right now IMO. Still need to see a lot more but I don't think there is anything quite as fun in wrestling than watching the MX battle the Fantastics. Tim
