It sounds like he was taken of the field via ambulance, and it was implied he was hung over and thus dehydrated. McGinnis's quote was "its taken care of" Anyone heard anything else?
Guest Vern Gagne Posted August 6, 2003 Report Posted August 6, 2003 That won't sit well with Bidwell. A story ran on ESPN.com, about the Cardnials getting rid of players who have off field problems. Boston for a DUI, Pittman for abuse, and the team had questions about Thomas Jones hand injury last year.
Guest El Satanico Posted August 6, 2003 Report Posted August 6, 2003 It didn't sound like a big deal. Sounded like he just had a wild night out and got dehydrated at practice due to drinking alot. Basically it was something no one would've reported on in the 70's, because it happened so often.
