I forgot exactly what the style is called, it's right on the tip of my tongue too. Oh! Poetry slams. Rap is definitely inspired by, if not a perfect representation of, the art of poetry slamming. The reason most people don't think of rap as poetry anymore is because mainstream rap has such lame lyrics. I commend you on your MC'ing Ghast, and I think you did scare Perfect_Bo away. I know you scared me away from posting a rhyme (I'm an OK lyricist, but a really crappy free-styler)
