Guest Report post Posted April 1, 2002 The 'Favourite Character' topic was already started, but I thought I'd add this one. So who is the most humourous character in wrestling history. Some of my picks: 1.Current Booker-T 2.Dorky Kurt Angle 3.Austins heel character from last year( Paranoid Champion + fighting over hugs. The man is so versatile, when it comes to playing different characters) 4.Joel Gertner(my personal favourite, how can a guy who say 'I drink vodka, I drink scotch, but your mother drinks from my crotch', not be funny?) 5.I personally found some of DDP's promos as the smiling, positive guy hilarious, especially the one involving Jennifer bending over. 6.Chris Jerichos heel character in WCW. 7.Loved Big Shows parody of various people(especially Hogan, only time Ive ever liked Paul Wight) 8.Mick Foley(either as Dude Love, dorky Mankind or as the Commish was hilarious) 9.Edge and Christian(Christian did most of the great mic work, is better in the ring, yet Edge gets the singles push?) Cant think of anymore, what are some of your picks?
Guest Austin3164life Report post Posted April 1, 2002 I think my avatar says the story here. In July, when Kurt Angle and Steve Austin were both competing for Vince's friendship (with hugs and kissing up). Angle was the dorky heel, while Austin was becoming the Paranoid Champion. It's awesome because both become all intense when they get into the ring, but backstage they act like dorks. The cowboy hat skit was one of the funniest things ever. Especially Austin's look when Angle is all happy about his small hat......
Guest Austin3164life Report post Posted April 1, 2002 Which is why I think if Austin were to turn heel again, but keep the "What?", he and Angle would make a great tag team....

Guest joshicho Report post Posted April 1, 2002 Yeah, the cowboy hat scene was awesome: "Badges! We don't need no stinkin badges!" Austin was funny when he played the guitar to Vince as well.
